Solidfish/maocofriend: when's the next time y'all are going to thunderhill?
There is also Sat/Sun 9/17-18 NCRC event that I expect will have a good turn out. Not sure I will make that after 3 days at Laguna the weekend before, but it's something to consider.
I'm also looking at Friday, 8/12, at T-hill with Trackmasters.

I was looking at trackmasters, they're more expensive but you get 7 sessions? If I saw it correctly.
9/17-18 is buttonwillows, how fun is that track? I've good things about it but more bad things then good.

You can do the 5 or 7 session thing with TM. You're already there, so I think it's a no brainer to not do the extra sessions. The biggest expense - for my car at least - is not the event entry.
There is nothing bad about Buttonwillow unless you consider the slightly longer drive to get there compared to Thunderhill.
I havent seen u guys for a while, gotta catch up with some track days. So which one are everyone planning to go next?
I am going to Street of Willows on Aug 20/21. Night Event on 20th (4pm to 12am). So beside that I am pretty much open.
I'm looking for a T-hill event before our endurance race (Lemons!) at T-hill (8/5-7). Otherwise, I'm already signed up for the 3-day Laguna event from 9/9-11, and likely T-hill later in the fall.
Something keeps popping up that needs to be fixed.. last week was the throttle position sensor, now its the idle air control valve and the AC still needs fixing. Going in for general maintenance (timing belt/water pump, new starter, other belts being replaced) next week as well.
I see your 225 Miata RS3s, and I raise you some 285 Z33 RS3s (the 265s just weren't big enough!)
I'll equal your 285 RS3's.....borrowed for the National Street Tire Challenge tomorrow..on 10.5" wide NT03's. Had to space the fronts out to +15 to clear and the rears are effectively +10. May be some rubbage.
Side note....finally after 6 weeks....the shocks are back from truechoice. Not sure why they painted them yellow, but I am not overly concerned.

I have a set of 10.5 +15s to put them on. . . maybe I'll do that.

Thanks. Yours are 285 on the 9.5 +15s also? The wing is BIG.
