So Sam, am I correct in assuming it is the latter?
Sorry about that, must have missed your post. We are shooting for 600rwhp on stock engine internals, we are developing a complete fuel system for the G37 in order to supply our power demands.

After we have some fun with the stock block, we will be installing our 4.5L stroker and seeing what we can do on that, 1000rwhp street car anyone?

I think there are some people that will not want to purchase a skyline, on the contrary there will be a lot of G37s, this car was born to be modified (even more so than the Z/G35)

Could you explain in what ways it's born to be modified?? Some details please From the pics I can see it has a lot of room for a huge exhaust system...

Thanks

When a manufacturer ( like Nissan ) Introduces a new platform they are always thinking ahead of the upcomming models years ahead. IMHO the G37 represents what the skyline will be. For example if you notice the front hubs on the G37 have revision for them to accept a front drive axle. Just as if this car would be a AWD car one day like the Skyline. The clearences on both left and right bank for the turbochargers is much larger than the previous 350Z/G35 models. All the ECM pinouts are the same for the 07 & 08 models (we did the research) the capability of adding an AWD transmission and a massive dual exhaust system seem very possible.

Thats my opinion.

The HR blocks are much stronger than the previous DE blocks. This is definetly going to be the flagship for Nissan.

Sweet!

How dose the stock fuel system look?? Any better than the older Gs?? Also with higher compression, is it going to cause problem with how much boost you guys can run?

Sam,

You've mentioned skyline a few times.
Is there an implied distinction between GTR and Skyline?

Same / different?

I dont want to answer for Sam but I think he 'meant' to say GTR.. The GTR being released in Japan in Nov. will have some differences from the USA release.. Mostly too keep up with the smog control but nothing else really..
