Default SP 350Z low boost dyno numbers

I wanted to start a new thread on our current shop car progress, so if a mod could delete the other thread, I would appreciate

Here are the specs on our 350z

SP 3.5L (Darton Sleeves)
Headgames Race Heads
Brian Crower Stage 2 cams
CJ Motorsports Intake Manifold
SP Twin Turbo Kit 67bb
SP Fuel System (CJM Fuel Rails)
ProEFI 128pin ECU
RPS Carbon Carbon Clutch

onto the dyno numbers and vid

Pump gas (93octane)
11psi = 605rwhp
15psi = 675rwhp

110 Octane
17.4psi = 723rwhp
21psi = 790rwhp

We're very pleased with the numbers and it has a beautiful hp curve, nice and smooth.

We'll throw some C16 into it next week and turn up the boost!!

Can we have to dyno chart to see the spool and powerband? Also, whats up with all the smoke on decel?

I will post the dyno sheet on Monday but I can say that the HP finally crests at 8400 RPM. The turbos come on strong at 4500.

As far as the smoke goes, I believe it is a combination of a bad scavenge pump along with not enough crankcase ventilation. I am still running the stock PCV valve so that may have to go!!

Nah, the stroked guys are still ahead.....

We just have really good heads, a great intake manifold, some really big turbos and a kick *** computer to our benefit!!

I am very pleased though how the HP never falls off all the way up to 8400!!

What are you revving it out to? Whats helping it make power that high? The intake manifold and heads? Because I know those 264 BC probably are not helping very much at that high of rpm.

larry if you look at the PCV nipple on the back of the driver side valvecover, its restricted on the inside quite small (towards the inside). i drilled mine out to match the ID of the nipple to help vent pressure once the manifold is boosted and the PCV valve closes

Very good point! I hope the mods don't mind 2 threads

Charlies intake is doing great, and seeing the power just shoot up is a beautiful thing. Dave at headgames did an amazing job too!

I took it for a very quick blast on the street for a couple gears. HOLY CRAP!!! Feels awesome, oh and those mickey's HOOK

now i see on the green run the power goes all the way to the end at 8400. on the other runs it drops off quickly just before that. is that quick drop just where you let off the throttle?

any plans to rev it higher? only curious because id like to see how the manifold handles 9000rpm... but results are ****in rad anyway!
