Performance Factory: Chris'smax new setup 720 whp !!!
I didn't get the edit in quite fast enough....realized what it looked like right after submitting lol.
It was a general comment........There is only 1 constant with EVERY dyno thread on any forum..........put a car on 4 different dyno's and you will get 4 VERY different results.....
My car on pump on a mustang dyno read 511rwhp 511rwtq, same car different (considered better) conditions on a dynapack made 546rwhp 515rwtq, I'm sure on a DJ it would make a different number.
All I know is when I'm behind the wheel I get a smile, and when i race most people I get A VERY confused look, no matter what all the different dyno's read.

I agree, but what I think my friend Tguns was just wanting to know, was for his personal comparison purposes...and I don't think he is saying anything negative about Chris' car, and/or that he didn't reach a certain number. Just wanted to compare DD vs. DJ, as he is dynoing on a DD in Georgia
As for your edit*** If it was directed at Tguns, his setup definitely makes more than half of the said car. So I guess you were just making a general statement....

I was just wondering what it would make on the DD for my own reasons. I am not taking anything away from Chris car. I think it's (as stated in my previous posts) a nice car with awesome power. I know all too well that it is just dyno numbers anyway. I was just comparing. Thanks.

Exactly... I've seen some DD vs. DJ where the differences were large and then there were some that were like a 20whp difference
My car is only making 500 on a DD so maybe mine would be similar powered as Jasons. I hope Jason and Chris go to the Lakefront meet. I would like to check out, and take pics of our cars. Would make for a nice pic!

Chris... well, I haven't seen him since Zdayz
Y'all should all dyno your cars at Corr on the same day, same dyno. That would be badass.
Cool. I didn't see the other psi levels and stuff. Thanks. So basically his 13 psi 512 DJ whp map wouldn't even be 500 on a dyno dynamics. That is what I was wondering. Still in all, I bet this thing hauls ***. Nice car. I have a friend and his Z made 500 rwhp on a DD, and I was just curious to see how these local cars ranked up on pump gas.
I believe on 16psi i made 615whp (from what i remember). My turbos are a bit larger then what you will find on the greddy kits so they aren't as efficient in the lower boost levels. I wish i had done something about the fuel pump at the time though so i could have tried to get a little more out of the pump gas. I have presets for 10 and 16psi on my boost controller, but i have a HKS fcon so i am tuned for wastegate all the way to 16psi on pump gas and from 17-20.5 psi on race gas.

Its cool man, i just don't like getting drug into dyno discussions on here because well they end up like this lol. My car was tuned at performance factory so everyone on here knows that their DJ #'s aren't fudged. Jason333 had his car tuned there also and we dyno'd his car at corr and it came out to be a exact 13% difference (if i remember correctly) which is what he thought it would be. In the end though they are just #'s.

Yup, type of turbos and tune means a lot.
With the Pro-efi it doesn't even add timing or anything until above 15.5psi. So on pump gas (15psi) I have damn near no timing (10*)....so lots of room there, but I'd rather be safe like my tuner Larry.
And my turbo housing are taylored to higher boost numbers. Hence my turbos flow up damn near 40psi of boost....we'll probably try for some serious C16 numbers this season just to see what its got in it......
Nice setup again chris.

yea man same here, my turbos are good i think till around 35psi so they are just starting to wake up at 20psi. I need to get some more air flowing through those suckers lol
Wow 35 psi sounds like some big dawg turbos lol. I can see why you would want a bigger fuel pump.
