Best wheel width and offset for an 07
Hello Everyone,
I recently bought an 07 350z Enthusiast Edition and I had a few questions about the wheel width/offset I should go with. The person who had it before me completely cracked the rims on it and I need new ones. I have been unable to find a clear and concise answer to my question. What is the best width and offset to go with for my car?
I want to keep 18s on the car and I want the wheels to be staggered. I also want the wheels to fit nicely and not rub against the car while also not having to roll the fenders. I know that the offset has to be between 15 and 35 but I don't know which would be best for fitment. I also know that the width should be between 8 and 10.5 to avoid rolling the fenders but please educate me if I'm missing something.
People will tell me to go with larger wheels but I live off a dirt road and I'm sure the wheels will rub. This car will be my daily driver so I don't need something really aggressive like I would on the track.
P.S. If you guys have any pictures of your recommended sizes, please share them
Thank you in advance for the help!

Welcome, but your question has been asked many times before. The clearest and most concise answer is there is no "best" width and offset for the Z33. Depending on your goals and values (not to mention budget), the width and offset will vary. There'll be plenty of wheel and tire options if you stick with 18's, so I think that's a good choice. Maybe looking for a good set of low mileage OEM Rays would be another good pick.

As dkmura said, 18s will give you a pretty good range of sizes as every popular wheelset comes in 18s for Z. Most popular setup for Z33 is either 18x8.5 & 9.5 F/R OR 9.5/10.5 with offset in the low-mid +20s for clearance and lowest possibility of needing to roll the rear fenders.
Paired with 245/40-18 and 275/40-18, F/R is about the best combination for a stock vehicle. You can push higher to 255/285 but rears will likely require some fender work.
Here are some examples:
Basic info: car is lowered 19mm and all run 245/275 combination except where noted. Camber is natural, within stock alignment range, at the lower end of camber range.
19x9.5 &10.5 +22 offset (Never mind the diameter, tire width is same as are offsets; I just run a 5% lower aspect to keep diameters same as OE) These are 255/35 & 285/35s (fenders rolled)
My go-to wheels 19x9 and 19x10, Nismo S-Tune LMZ5; effective offsets +27F (spaced down) and +30R (natural), 245/35 & 275/35
19x9.5 +19F and 19x10.5 +29 rear - wheels are natural offset on this car. (I run the rears spaced on my silver car at +14 and they fit fine with rolled rears)
18x9.5 +15 Square 245/40 & 275/40 - These required rear fender roll due to lower offset. Now everything fits.
So the point is that any offset in the mid-20s work fine.

Answered above, check the archive here for a s***-load of pics and commentary on mfgrs, models, specs, etc. As mentoned, "no best," to each their own.
FWIW I'm runnin' the following (08' stock suspension, OEM alignment specs, no roll);

Aloha No_Name. I like your set up on a stock car the best of any I’ve seen. What wheels are those? What tires you running?

Thanks for the kind words, BBS RIA's and PILOT® SUPER SPORT's.
Big Mahalo! I guess I had a bias against BBS - I’ve seen a lot of styles from them I don’t like, but these RIAs are sweet! Of course whatever I get it will incur about $300 in additional shipping charges to Hawaii 😭 so I gotta do my homework because there’s no “returning it”. Thanks again.PS I found these wheels but they’re nearly $1000 each plus over $400 shipping. So getting these would violate my “not gonna spend more on wheels/tires than I did on the car” rule. Car cost me $4500...Tryna get something I like for under $2k..
