Renting PMI/PMP (HPDE)

Unfortunately I won't be able to make it to this one. I just have too many non-Z-related things going on right now to be able to take the time to prep the car adequately or get away for the day.
I'm disappointed to be missing this one, as I think it will be a great time, and possibly the best track day so far.
Have fun and be safe! Those of us left behind will be looking forward to a full report after you return!

Long pants for sure, for safety's sake if nothing else. Might be prudent to bring a long sleeve shirt just in case, although NASA at Pueblo does not require long sleeve shirts, and NASA goes by their rules, or the tracks rules, whichever are stricter.
On a semi-related note, I'll be bring basic tools along, including a jack, torque wrench and and couple of other things, just in case.

Sorry to hear that GaryM05 can't make it. You'll be missed!
Weather report for Pueblo shows sunny most of the day (bring sunscreen) with possible t-storms later in the afternoon. So we should get some good unrs in in the morning at least!

Also wanted to mention that PMP has begun offering a half day of track time (don't know how much less the fee is, though). With very worn R-Compounds just beggin' to be out of their misery, I think I'll opt for it. Four hours of quality track time should be plenty and I'll see everyone around 10:30-11 AM. Save me a spot near y'all!

Sounds good! I plan on being at the IHOP around 6am for those that plan to join me.
David, Are you interested in a GTSpec front Tie Brace. I ordered one w/o knowing it won't fit w/ an extended oil pan / oil spacer. Asking $89, what I paid, and can bring it tomorrow.

Robert- thanks for the offer, but I've gotta quit modding the Z for awhile. I've got other race projects (ie. dark holes) that need $$$ thrown in!
Today was a great day, lots and lots of track time! For those that missed it, you missed a good time.
Thanks to Rob and David for setting this up, and Daniel and myself for showing up

Changed it out, but the spare V710 wasn't much better and decided not to push it any more. Daniel and I headed for home before the traffic on the road got any worse.
Things to remember this day: Lola T-70 Coupe with gullwing doors and small block Chevy, ex-IMSA tube Acura RS car, being on the track with Formula Atlantics, FFs and other formula cars. 350Zs and twin turbo G35s must look HUGE to them. Also got to track down and pass a Porsche GT3 when it started spitting rain. On the downside, I couldn't stay with a SCCA T3 S2000 that was out testing and a Acura TL type S passed me on the $%^& straight at full acceleration!
My only regret was not being able to spend more time visiting with Dave, Robert and Daniel. Ah well, another good day at the track...
