To continue the road discussion from the previous thread, Las Flores is okay but only as a way to get to Tuna Canyon. Now that road is friggin' awesome.

The nice thing about Angeles Crest is that it takes a long time to finish, but it does have lots of rocks and pleny of cops.

The Malibu area is good but you have to do several roads, each one is only good for 20-30 minutes of driving, not worth a long trip there. If you are serious about the Malibu area check out my site at http://www.lateralg.org/malibu.htm#malibu and check out what the good ones are (in my opinion)

If I am around that weekend and invited I'll come along for the ride.

Speeding tickets and rock chips are a major turn off for me.

Damn Jeff, that sucks. We'll catch you at the next run. Pat showing after his moment of clarity will be a nice thing to see. Think this will be a fun run and I'm looking forward to it.

 

Due to the amount of rock chips that we come home with, I think AC is not a popular choice. So why don't we do Las Flores/Tuna Canyon?? Or Latigo?

As for the meeting place, we can probably meet up at that Starbucs as usual, unless there are other suggestions.

Sorry for not replying to you timely. I have been away. The location hasn't been finalized yet. But it will be somewhere in Malibu, and most likely Las Flores.

My pleasure Sho...I can't tell you how much I want to get back behind the wheel...haven't driven anything for over a month

I get to start driving again this Sunday
