hey guys,
just wondering if you guys would be interested in a dyno day here. in the huntington beach area...
i think we can get a rate of about 60-70$ for 3 pulls.
post here if you are interested. we need at least 10 people, so if interest is good enough, i'll contact them and try to set somethin up.

.. We have so many Crew Members in So Cal.. / Orange County...
We might have to take the Dyno-Man out to have a few to cool him off.
Interested as it's time to Bench Mark mine stock..... 239rwhp
I'm 90% sure that wld350z would want his done about now.. He is doing suspension mod's but is looking at a 6DB upgrade to Borla soon.. Then he would go back to the same Dyno-Man...
Repeat business... Maybe set one up every 2 to 3 months at these good guy prices.. and kick a few dollars into a dyno Bearing replacement fund... Ha !
Please advise Brand of Dyno.... O.K. Thanks
Cheers Amy

just to clarify things:
dyno- Dynojet 248E chassis dynamometer
date: no set date TBD, just need to find interest....will be on a SAt. tho
#needed to make this possible: we need a ten car minimum, more the better, and maybe better rates
place: it is a Mustang specialty place, but i think since they are running 800-900hp mustangs, our cars will be fine on their dyno.

Dynometer - Is a set of rolling cylinders with sensors attached. It can give you a snapshot of the horse power of a car. They are often used while a car is being tested for smog. More correctly a Chassisdynometer. Noun. The object.
Dyno = verb as in "I'm going to Dyno my car." The action.
Here is a link to a Mustang Dyno. ( One that caused a flurry of controversy at Mossy Nissan Day. )

Here is the link to my350z post on Mossy and Dyno.. Very long and very high hit count ( interest was high )

Morphiend, most car performance enthusiasts generally modify their cars in hopes to improve acceleration, handling, etc. It's an expensive hobby and the only way to properly test and tune these modifications is to strap it to a dyno and compare numbers to your baseline run as well as check your air/fuel ratio to make sure you're running the right balance for optimal performance and longevity of the engine.
The dyno run gives you an idea of wether or not you wasted your $ since more often than not, manufacturer claims are inflated.
