FX is running now, got my belts tightened so they stopped squealing. Next I'm going to check up on all the HFC bolts and see if I can find out why they "bark" when accelerating hard from a stop. Not that I don't like it, it kinda reminded me of the Motul Nismo 350Z racecar.

Hey guys, I have some road rash on the lip of some of my wheels. Anyone know of any good shops around north dfw that can clean them up and take out the "curb scars?" All I've ever heard is that most people ship them off to have them fixed.

 

PM sent buddy.. if you decide on changing the brake fluid - get the RBF600... if not - just the gear oil..

I will also get a new pump for the fluid...I need one anyway..

Headers will be hear on Friday... subframe bushings and rear knuckle bushings will be going on this wkend..

if parts are in - hopefully this weekend. my list of stuff keeps getting longer though.. so if the parts dont come in, I will be in the garage doing everything else on my list..

OK, I think I got that RBF600 when we did my Brembo's at Jason's....but I will definitely get the Diff fluid.

I'll call you later this week to see when a good time would be to come out and drain & refill. Also get you that rock for the Eel.

actually the engines coming out holmes - thats the ONLY reason Im doing it..Im finally going to fix my stupid oil leak.. Also thats IF the parts come in.. Courtesy said friday so we shall see. oh man I just thought of something...I never swapped out my throwout bearing...hell ya - Im doing that too...

If parts dont come in on time - Im still doing the subframe bushings and work on getting the tranny out..
