The instructor for this class is getting kind of annoying. He keeps going off on these little bunny trails and gets way off topic which is really slowing us down. If he would actually stay on track we could actually finish early. I'm having a hard time paying attention when he gets off course an I find it difficult to get back on track when he gets back to the material.

Why hasn't he been posting in here anymore? So his car really got stolen? The guy seems really suspicious.

The front bushings are in and I like it..

Even with my cheap front 225 tires I can feel an improvement to the steering.
You wiggle the wheel and the car darts back and forth

The back end is next. Sorted thru the bushings and they had one of the wrong size so hoping the replacement shows up tomorrow.

Sad day today.....One of my turbos let go. Just put the miles on it to get it tuned todfay and on the way back to work just heard a loud pop and white smoke. Sending to GReddy to get rebuilt. Not gonna be fun trying to get them off. What a day it has become...side note, someone sent me pizza today at work hmmm

Nice buddy. Were the fronts easier to take out than the diff ones?

Super easy with Jake's press. both sides out and back in took around 4hrs by myself at an easy pace.

Jake it wasn't that bad.
1 Put compress rod bushing on the post and place the lower frame brace back on with the nut loose
2 Lay the CR ball joint in the general area but leave off.
3 Install the lower rod, Inner bolt first then shock bolt then lower rod balljoint. Leave all bolts loose.
4 Jack up the spindle to raise it up to the CR ball joint and install nut.( I put some lugnuts back on the rotor and used it with wood to lift the spindle, That way you have room to get the CR ball joint nut on)
Done.

When removing the lower frame brace I took out all bolts except the opposite side CR nut. I left that on but loose and this gave me room to remove the CR without having to fight the weight of the whole thing. I could than lift it back on easy when installing the new CR and attach the nut.

Also I found that the diff inner bushing works great to press out the smaller bushings and I had a 2inch cast pipe plug that fit perfect, for the CR.(I'll leave it in the bag for ya.)

Is anyone out there a cell phone guru or gadget geek? I'm looking for a particular phone. Thought about an unlocked version to avoid renewing a contract, but don't want to spend $600 on the phone.

Chris (350) is pretty savvy when it comes to those kind of things as well.

I can always figure out a way to jailbreak an iphone or root an android or whatever. I'm just trying to find the actual phone for a better price than $500-$600. I may end up renewing a contract.

I'm still using my old iPhone 3GS, but I'm going to buy either the Samsung Galaxy S2 or the Galaxy Nexus (upcoming phone).
