Chris weren't you talking about possibly selling yours a while back? If you ever do, you let me know I love that bike. Would live a sport bike but I'm too stupid to own one. Probably wouldn't live 6 months.

Hit me up. My camera is pretty bored of shooting weddings. Plus I only have one bike in my portfolio

I'm going to miss my RR badly. Maybe I'll get another one someday, but unfortunately it's not in the cards right now.

Don't quote me on this...but if I remember right from the UpRev tune from Steve Kan...I believe he was trying to put mine at 12-14% ???

Does this sound right ?

An AFR of ~13 is typically optimal. Custom dyno tuning is the way to go. I had my bike tuned on the dyno after all the mods and that's the best you can do for any high performance engine.

13 is a lil rich on my twins. 14 seemed better. I had my other r1 tuned. This one I haven't but have a power commander.

Honestly....I think every car will be a little bit different since we all have different Mods and all.

That's why a custom tune and Dyno from Steve would prove to be well worth your time & money.

+1 my custom tune on my twins is from steve. It originally was in the 14s not in boost and somehow went to the 13s. Not sure if the colder weather is causing it but i still need to install my meth kit and head back to steve. I may even pull my r1 behind my sedan to have him tune it too. Im sure its is running pretty lean with all the mods i have on it

I just know that having my CBR tuned on the dyno made ALL the difference in the world.

If you have a power commander already you should have a dyno tune done. It's worth it for sure. Mine was essential since I did so many mods, but even a stock bike benefits from a dyno tune.
