I would love an ar10. I've thought about buying a .50 Beowulf upper so I can just slap it on my ar15 lower. Cheaper that way but ammo is more expensive than 7.62. The .50 mags fit in the 5.56 mag well though which is nice.
i am always down for a shooting day, but i dont care to much for the indoor ranges. they are alot louder and since i have asthma the smoke messes with me some. i would still like to do a skeet day some weekend
** on a side note, did you see that Nissan is going to do a NISMO version of the Juke?

Yea I saw that a while back. It is a neat idea, if you want to go .50. I just liked shooting the 7.62 round when I was deployed. So, I figured once I was back stateside I would save for an AR10, as getting a 240B wouldn't be that easy haha.
Total D.. assuming your military also?
i have no idea what yall are talking about on the mods but after shooting pat's ar... I WANT ONE

Yes, I was in the Army 9 years. Even I don't know everything about different weapons, but the ones I do know, I want lol.
AR's are fun rifles to shoot, especially when you go into a room with about 4-5 other guys and you are praying everyone does what they are supposed to.

Your Chokes will effect how much of a pattern the buck shot disperses over a given area. With a full or tight choke, the buck shot stays relatively in a tight pattern up to a certain distance. And a wide or Skeet choke will spray or have a wider pattern right out of the barrel... so better for closer up subjects.
For farther away subjects you would want your shot to stay tighter for a longer period so you will have more shot hitting your target.

Chris, What did they end up changing on your radio when you had the reception issue?
I had that same poor reception last year and then it fixed itself last year. Now its back, crazy thing is it happend both times after the race at mineral wells. It acts like something loose but I have pulled and played with all the wires and connections I can get at, from the radio all the way to taking the antenna amp and antenna off and back on.

mine have the improved choke, but my model they are built in the barrel and you cant change them (normal for some older ones) but it that is the case it will be stamped on the barrell somewhere
my friend that just got locked up had one of those..... would it be wrong of me to ask for her guns since she wont be allowed to legally own.. s/w 40, glock 10mm, and that one that shoots the 410 shells
