Free upgrade only if you were planning on going FI. 3" dual piping may be slightly too big for NA applications.

Yes you can if you are a slick dealer. Go to bestbuy with your TWC bill and they will give you a $20 rabbit ear antenna that will pick up hidef local channels like CBS.

http://twcconversations.com/antenna/

All blacked-out broadcast stations remain available over the air, and most households can receive the signals if they have the right equipment:

An antenna
A TV set with a digital tuner, or an over-the-air digital converter box purchased at a retail location (not a Time Warner Cable set-top box).
Time Warner Cable has a limited quantity of basic indoor antennas available to pick up, for free, for customers at our TWC retail locations in Dallas-Ft. Worth, Los Angeles/Desert Cities, New York City, plus Milwaukee and Green Bay in Wisconsin.

In addition, we have partnered with Best Buy in those cities to provide $20 toward the purchase of any in-stock broadcast antenna at select Best Buy store locations.

Where to get an antenna:

1) Time Warner Cable has a limited quantity of basic indoor antennas available for free, to be picked up at our retail cable stores in Dallas-Ft. Worth, Los Angeles/Desert Cities, New York, plus Milwaukee and Green Bay in Wisconsin. Unfortunately, these basic indoor antennas have limited range, and will likely only work for customers whose CBS station originates in one of those cities, and who are within a short distance of the station’s transmitter.

Visit here to find a TWC cable store near you, and here for installation instructions.

2) In addition, we have partnered with Best Buy in those cities to provide $20 toward the purchase of any in-stock broadcast antenna at select Best Buy store locations.

Dallas-Ft. Worth (TWC Store-in-Store locations):
Dallas: 9378 N. Central Expressway
Garland: 3171 N. President George Bush Hwy
Farmers Branch: 4255 N. Lyndon B. Johnson Fwy, LBJ shopping Center
Plano: 2800 N. Central Expressway

plus the following regular Best Buy locations:
Arlington: 200 Lincoln Square
Frisco: 3333 Preston Rd
Irving: 3915 W. Airport Freeway
Irving: 1900 Market Place Blvd
Lewisville: 2601 S. Stemmons Fwy
McKinney: 1751 N Central Expressway

Free rabbit ears but then I would have to take the TV off the wall to hook it up...and gives me an excuse to go to Frankie's sports bar or something later

3" might gain you some horsepower but I'll bet you've lost torque with your loss of back pressure.

Anyone heard of Daniel Bohannon? I think that's the spelling. I thought I heard him say he drives a Z, but not sure which model.

Well Eric, I believe it is more complicated than just getting a diagnostic done....they have to find and trace the problem back to the ECU and reprogram it from there....I guess ??? I really don't know what is the issue...so I will have to let them rape me.

So what has your mechanic done so far to troubleshoot?

What's the dealership going to do?

If it's reprogramming the ECU, can't UpRev help you with that? They have the OEM files for all ECU versions and if it's software related, they should be able to help.... I think.

Chris, to be honest I have no idea what he is trying and what he is doing to solve the problem....but he is my best source of having it fixed right now for free...well, since I already paid him for the other work he did.

Not too sure UpRev can help at this stage....the ECU doesn't recognize one of the wheel sensors so the ECU won't let you reset it so the ABS pump is working.

This is definitely a cluster F**K !

Sounds like an issue with the sensor or wiring, but I'm guessing he would have checked that.

well driving today and my rear end got squirrely on me... thought i had a flat tire at first.. general consensus between me jake and corbin, my shock is blown. got home and dug out the paperwork, i ordered them on 8-16-12 and they are warrantied as long as i own the car....

the righ rear, lifting up on the fender well moves about 3/4 an inch, drivers is about 1/2 inch... front.. nothing, barely moves.

also, does anyone have one of those license plate holders that screws into the tow hook i can borrow before i buy one, got a no front plate ticket the other day

Travis zip tie it to the front bumper than take it back off when you pay for the fix it ticket.

Where did you get the ticket at? Just so ill know not to be in the area lol. I got pulled over once in the z about no front plate. Luckily I just got a warning though.

I feel like stuff like that is so hit or miss. I saw a car the other day with registration that said expired in 2012. How has a cop not seen that?

Ya I believe it's a hit or miss as well. My sister drove with expired registration for an entire year. I felt paranoid driving with mines expired for a couple days.

well it was a carrollton cop that pulled me over for speeding, but i dont think he radared me in carrollton because i should have gotten a speeding ticket 89 in a 50. he was behind me and then he got up beside me and looked at front bumper, when he did that i just pulled over. i might buy one of those license plate holders that screws into the tow hook...

Why would you ever pull over without being prompted?

I drove the Prius around for 7 months not realizing the inspection was up haha. And my Z's expired registration sticker is still on the car, but I carry the new one in the car in case I get pulled over. I'm waiting to do the inspection first so I can align all the stickers properly on the windshield.

That's exactly what I just did, plus my windshield was cracked so I didn't put the registration on. Turns out the windshield place I went to removes them perfectly, but the one I went to in CA totally shredded the inspection one. I spent a lot of time driving "illegally" since I was in CA and couldn't get inspections done.
