When you order the Osiris Standard, we send out the Osiris disk. That includes the Cipher software as that is the only way to communicate with the ECU.

will those of us using the cipher software and the older version of the cable be able to upgrade the firmware on our cable?

It's possible, but it gives no benefit unless you're purchasing Osiris Tuner.

fyi: we still haven't figured out how to put a car in a car, so the drive while you drive functionality will not be in Osiris 2.0

UpRev question.

On the e-tunes your doing, are you doing any adjustment to the Ing Timing?

The reason I am asking is I got my first e-Tune a while back. " See below "
I have noticed that the Target AFR target was set to 12.63. I by no means am an expert, but I did see a post on here about the Perfect N/A Air/Fuel and that 12.80 to 13.40 would be ideal for an N/A.

I am just trying to learn all that I can about this. I see it says "Not hitting 12.63 targets so Fuel will be added" To me that would seem to make it rich, correct?
Next I am guessing that the +1 " 4-6000 12.74 +1 " means a degree of timing was added?
I am just trying to understand it all.

Please keep up the good work guys,

C

Data logs reviewed 5. Review of fuel shows Bank1 reading leaner by .2-.3.
AFR looks good between banks at all rpms as bank averages are 12.73-12.99.
Not hitting 12.63 targets so Fuel will be added.

First gear WOT
44-5400 12.99 +2
55-6500 12.73 +1
65-7200 12.78 +1

Second Gear WOT
4-6000 12.74 +1
6-7000 12.78 +1

Very compatible with nitrous, you just need a good tuner!

This may have been answered before, but...in the dyno for the 5AT, is the before (blue dyno) actually a stock car? Or does it have the mods listed?

Pretty much like every one else (it a G, not a Z), except I have an extra set of solenoids for the second stage.
Yes, I did it for traction, but it still breaks loose when the second stage hits in second gear.

Old image before I got here. I know nothing about those old graphs, and they are all going away on the new site. I'm not a big believer in dyno graphs proving anything when posted on the internet. They are far too easy to manipulate, simple air temp/density changes or even changing the air pressure in the tires can make charts show huge gains.

Our dyno graphs will go to the customers, but not used as a marketing tool any longer.

E-mail Jared. I don't touch the tuning side. His notes are usually for him or Randy, just as a point of reference when they next adjust your tune. There are a number of reasons why your AFR may be richer than average, hence the need to tune every car individually. So I'd e-mail him and ask, he'll have an actual answer rather than conjecture.

We managed 3 references in that issue. Rumors, the Sentra build up, and the Frontier write up.

Hopefully we'll manage more in the near future!

I was wondering if Osiris would work with the full Vortech SC kit. I have an 03 Z with the SS piggyback and FMU. My understanding is that I would get rid of the piggy back and let the ECU with Osiris control the AFR. But, what about the FMU and aux fuel pump that currently is controlled by the SS box. Would I have to get rid of all of it and just get bigger injectors?
