Osiris & aftermarket wideband question
Sorry for my english, this is not my first language..
My car; G35 coupe 05 with GTM TT sgt2 tuner kit
My Osiris tuner version is old and i need to update it. I know the newer version can support Innovate product but my oem O2 sensor as been removed and i want connect my Innovate WB to Nissan ecu for self correction...
I want to know if i can adjust ecu parameter for aftermarket wideband like MTX innovate wb. I know Honda obd1 (narrow band) ecu can take up to 3.25V… With some fuel management you can readjust Honda ecu to take 0V-3.25V and adjust your wideband to the same values. So you have now linear reading from Innovate wideband & same calibration in ecu.
Can I do this with Nissan ecu and Osiris ?
I know oem sensor1 bank 1 & 2 aren't linear so can i readjust it to linear values?
thanks !
Lucas

1) they've made extensive changes to the software, download the most recent version ASAP.
2) Email support@uprev.com and ask them. Then post the answer for everyone to see

you just use an aftermarket wideband to tune with and make adjustments in osiris. You can use the wideband on the dyno or put aftermarkets in yourself. If you do'nt have oem widebands then you can't tune with oem narrow bands. OEM widebands only tune down to 11.25 anyways and I have found when compared to aftermarket widebands (innovate motorsports have the highest accuracy tested) the OEM widebands fall way short of being accurate.
and no, advancements in osiris are very small and just in the program user interface. They DO NOT have aftermarket wideband support.

Because thread of first bung on my gtm tt downpipe are wrong and i used it to weld/install my egt.. So the wires are to short for use it on second bung...
Finally, i rewired it with longer wire & install it on second bung for datalog and closed loop mode.

wonder why my update didn't get it. I use innovate products and have an LM-2 and LC-1 I use for other people's cars when I tune. I've been using the dyno wideband due to the lack of support even with my newest update of software.

Interesting. The local authorized osiris tuner does not have this update and the newest software I downloaded to use over a month ago on a 350z did not contain any additional input features.

The ROM editor can now log the innovate LM/LC-1 WB sensors. To log them, just click on [Logging and tracing] on the ROM editor main screen, then go to the "External Sensors" drop down on the logging screen and configure the Comm port. After you close the configuration you should see the Innovate show up on the list of parameters when it is connected.

ya, same way the quarter horse for domestics work. I was always confused why they didn't integrate it sooner since the simple quarter horse software did.
So does your end user software have this? I've updated to the newest version and mine doesn't show an external input. That would suck if only the pro tuners had that option.
