Cool Driving the Dragon

Here is a compilation of a few clips from ZdayZ. The wife and I always enjoy this trip.

Nice vid. Makes me want to try and go next year. By then I should have the suspension and brakes to take that kind of driving.

I am running stock suspension and brakes, (the little 05' base brakes) with HPS street pads. The brakes did start smoking at one point, as they have every year, but the traffic on the Dragon never allowed me enough time to get brake fade.

My brakes also got hot enough to pop off my center cap! ( I'm glad it waited until after I had pulled over -I never would have found the thing)

I have been practicing my heel-toe skills, (or lack thereof) and it did help with my brakes this time.

Oh, and thanks for imbedding my vid, KenK2.

It was about 1700 miles round-trip for us, but well worth it.
