did anyone here actually get a loaner car from the dealer since it would take pretty much the whole day to do this?

I just got my car back from the dealer.
Definitely feels so much better. The car doesn't feel like it is going to stall out as much anymore in first. much of the rattle in neutral is gone as well. Its a much better drive now. definitely more enjoyable. You dont need the perfect amount of gas to roll away from stops and it starts better on hills (and gets up my driveway easier too.)

MC:
The vibrations in mine went away. both on the clutch pedal and the shifter.

What a waste of recall. My clutch still sank in yesterday. Switchin out to motul this week and take it out to the track again.

I have a feelin its just a weaksauce stock clutch

i recently had the recall done. It feels the same no difference. It's a little easier to get a smooth start from first and there is a little less chatter but it might be from new fluids? I didn't experience much smoother shifts but then again I've never had the clutch sticking problem.

I get a loaner car every time I bring my car in. My dealership is always focusing on providing great customer service.

i'm thinking its more the basic design concept of the new slave cylinder, yes this new one is redesigned, but the basic concept is still the same. the fact that its mounted in the bell housing kills it cause of all the heat. c6 vette's have the same issue, also cause its inside the bell housing, however, i heard that there is a completely redesigned aftermarket slave for the vette's, maybe someone will come up with something for the z also

I got the recall done and shifts are much smoother now and it feels much better now. But im curious when you press the clutch in you get some rattling chatter noise sometimes. Im wondering if this is normals and others have experienced this. It has done it since day 1 when i bought the car.

normal. Mine actually got worse with the recall...

Anyone experience any "clicking" while depressing the clutch? after it engages, the pedal gives a really loud clicking noise. no idea what it is.

I made an appointment for the recall last week. Was told to bring it in today. Noon today, was called and advised that THEY DID NOT HAVE THE PARTS FOR THE RECALL. Do yourself a favor, the day you are scheduled to bring in the car, call the dealer 1st to see if they have the F-ing parts.
