After paying for my kit 7 months ago I am honestly wondering if I'll ever see it...lol I'm starting to save for the engine rebuild ill need before I install this kit on my soon to be high mileage HR. Looking into the Gtm stage 1...Sam hook a brother up with a quote for a stage 1 with 3.8 stroker installed and shipped.

Yeah but I'm not looking for anything outrageous.... I just want a reliable street/track car 470whp at most. I do want to beef up the internals slightly just for reliability reasons. I would also like the added torque from a longer stroke. I admit the twin Turbo might of been a easier option but I've always been a supercharger guy.... silly I know, but just my personal preference.... on a side note has anyone seen the m35's Atkinson cycle engine... for those not familiar an Atkinson cycle engine has to have a supercharger. Is this a vq35hr with a revised cam and supercharger?? It would be cool to see how they worked this out.

any updates? Here we are patiently waiting, a new year awaits us. Just wondering if the kit will be out by tax return time in 2012, I mean 2011! Somehow some way I feel like we've been through this already?!

Talked to Sam today and it looks like it will be in the next week or two. I am pretty excited after talking to him about power delivery on Adrians car. Sam said the car builds speed so fast that it definitely gives the brakes a workout.

Sorry for the lack of updates guys. One of our biggest goals in providing the ultimate supercharger kit is also to give our customers the ability to install the kit themselves by providing them a good set of detailed instructions and setting you up for success. Unfortunately, the only way to do that, is to literally perform multiple in-house installs. Doing so, will only make our instructions better, clearer, and error free. That is exactly what we are finalizing right now with our current in-house install. Once this install has been completed, which we are planning on finishing this week, we'll go through our instruction one last time and we will be ready to go. We appreciate your patience and all we can say, is that you won't be disappointed. We take a lot of time and effort in making instructions because we have found that this is one of the keys to having a great product.
To give you guys an idea of the level of detail our instructions have, here's a link to our G37 Supercharger Kit Instructions: http://www.gtmotorsports.com/Manuals...structions.pdf
As you all know, we are selling the supercharger kit for the HR as a Stage 1 500hp Kit. One of our goals is to find out what the ceiling of the supercharger itself is and how it responds to other modifications. So, we decided to install what we call a competition air filter on the supercharger air inlet. This filter is not designed for a daily driven car and the results were phenomenal. At 14psi, with a mixture of 100 octane and 91 octane fuels and conservative timing, the car made 490rwhp and 365rwtq. Again, we're not selling a 490whp kit, we are selling a 500bhp kit that any car can make. All we're trying to illustrate, is the potential this kit has for making more power.
Also, we have made multiple oil cooler supplement kits to allow the end user to install an oil cooler on the car if they are planning on tracking the car without any oil temp issues. Here are some pictures of the supplement kit and associated ducting.
We will be updating this thread with our final in-house install. This customer has been waiting on a supercharger kit for the HR since the day he bought the car brand new...heck, even his license plate proclaims it.
Stay tuned...and here's a video of the last in-house install that is currently in the customer's possession. Enjoy!

I have a question regarding the tune, is it going to be uprev map? or let me rephrase the question a little bit. What is the potential tunability of the kit and the tune that it comes to? It seems like 490whp are achieved fairly easy, so i am assuming the more power can be expected with more aggressive tune and other upgraded components? I hope i am not being vague.

Please note that the 490rwhp was with a RACE ONLY Air Filter and RACE GAS. The RACE ONLY Air Filter should NOT be driven on the street. All we were trying to show was that the supercharger kit can make a buttload of power with additional mods.
