Default 07 Clutch Issue after CSC replacement

Well I bought my '07 Z about a month ago and a week later found the TSB Clutch CSC issue. The temperatures here in FL dropped about 30 degrees and couldn't get the car in gear in the morning (no posssible pedal movement). After letting the car warm up i could shift and it got better after pumping.

At 40k miles i was out of warranty, so i grabbed the parts (all parts listed in the TSB) from courtesyparts.com and went about ripping my new cars transmission out. I replaced the rubber clutch line with a nice SS braided lines as well. After 6.5 hrs of clutch line bleeding we figured out the trick to the system and bled the system for 30 mins after the bubbles went away (just to be sure).

I havn't had the issue of not getting into gear but in the morning my pedal is about half way down. This again gets better with warming up the car and a little bit of driving.

I can't find any fluid leaking from the Master Cylinder but has anyone needed to replace this as well to completely eliminate this stupid cold clutch pedal drooping?

How is an '07 with 40K miles out of the 5-year 60K mile drivetrain warranty?

I also contacted Acme Nissan (South Brunswick, NJ) and they guy there said even if he found my slave defective he would NOT replace it even under the power train warranty because it only covers "certain" conditions

Anything to do with the clutch is not covered under a powertrain warranty. I already replaced the CSC myself, just looking for feedback if anyone found the master cylinder to be causing an issue as well.

The goal is eliminate this pedal issue so i can adjust the clutch further down, as right now the car feels like i'm driving a truck.

Whats the point in 7" of pedal travel when the clutch only grabs at the very top 1" of travel?

Well ran out and looked at the clutch fluid level. Good news is it hasn't dropped one bit.

So I'm thinking the most likely scenario is air in the line, that when the engine warms up and the exhaust being right near the line is causing the air to expand enough to raise the pedal backup (untested hypothesis).

So I'm going to take another stab at bleeding the clutch and see what happens. Of course I have to wait overnight before i can test if the bleeding did any good....
