19" Wheel & Tire Discussion Thread
Not sure if I'm happy with the fitment of the wheels. Also, pls ignore the lip, was test fitting. Waiting for camber arms, lower, and alignment to see if I'm going to keep them or not.

I'm about to order a set of forgestar f14's and I need help figuring out what offset to get in order to have the wheel come out to the top of the fender (it's lowered to the point where the top if the tire is in line with the bottom of the fender) In the front the wheels are 19x 9 with 1.5 degrees camber. The rear is 19x 10 with 2 degrees camber. Any help would be greatly appreciated
HI guys I bought these Forgestar wheels with Toyo R888 tires used off a guy and I am wondering if my Z good enough to install these wheels because they are really wide! Front is 285-35-20 and Rear is 315-30-20... Anybody here running this sizes on their Z? Good?
Hey I was wondering if anyone had some guidance on this. Pretty much I have new tires on my rear G35 rays staggered set. They are kumho escta 4x 245/45/19 and now my front tires need to be replace and there current stock size of 225/40/19 are not available for that tire. any advice or other tires that would be equal that anyone could think of would be greatly appreciated.
Try a set of Hankook V12. They are pretty popular because they are reasonable tires compared to other brands. They aren't the best, but a good tire for the money. I purchased a set this past summer for summer wheels.
i wore through the v12s with a quickness....i went to the BFG g-force sport comp2's. even though they were the same specs as the v12, they were noticeably wider. they have them in the sizes you listed

Xman, your Kumho Escta 4x is all season tire and as such is not a good match for ultra high performance tires of the Z speed rated category (that includes Hancock V12s etc.). You need to find a W-speed rated, all season tire, that also has similar UTQG traction characteristics. Something like the Bridgestone Potenza RE960 is a good match on paper. One of the potential problems of mixing tires is the different slip angles built into different models. Slip angle is not usually listed on a consumer spec sheet. So you need to check with a senior teck rep at distributors like TireRack etc. Most likely the low profile tires you are using will have similar slip angles, however putting the one with the greater slip angle on the back would be best on a car like yours.
Why did my question get lumped into a general 19" wheel thread? I'm not trying to see what the wheels look like I'm trying to get advised on what type of tires would work with th women's I have now?
