18x9.5 +15 won't stick out, +35 will be sunk inside and look like doodoo.

no. with those widths, a +15 offset will not stick out at all

Default Tire Size Question?

So i am very unhappy with how low the car sits with the stretched tires.
Its nearly impossible to drive in the Saint Louis roads.
Wheel Setup
18x10 +14
18x11 +14

Current Tire Setup
225/40/18
245/40/18

I will be raising the car next week.
I am wanting to go with bigger tire size what would you guys recommend
265 up front? 295 out back? What Series?

Currently How The Car Sits:

285-35-18 & 305-35-18 would be good for that wheel setup

Plenty of options in this thread or in the fat tire thread:

I prefer this. I believe this setup will allow your tires to mount fairly square on both the front and rear.

Smile Bronze WORK XD9 arrived! tire suggestions?

Finally! My XD9s is here. Need some suggestions on which tires to purchase. Wheel spec is 18x9 f +20 and 18x10 r +18. My Z is currently sitting at stock height. Here are the tire sizes i am deciding to go with:

245/40/18 F
275/40/18 R
or
245/40/18 F
285/35/18 R

obviously the two choices above i will need to get some true coilovers to get rid of that 4x4 look. The only problem im concern is i might scrape my ARK Grip Exhaust because of their low angled back end of the muffler if i have to drop the car with these tire sizes.

The only thing i can think of avoiding the scraping issues is with these tire sizes if i leave it at stock height but i think its gonna look fat and ugly.

245/45/18 F
275/45/18 R
or
245/45/18 F
285/40/18 R

Any inputs would be greatly appreciated!

slight low with medium fat tires. i wouldn't mind getting coils or leave at stock height...just the exhaust scrapping is the issue

No 40's!

I'd say 245-255/35 + 285-295/30-35 is your best bet.

I've Experimented w dozens of sizes
