Ok to run without TPS?
Hey, im about to go with a new set of rims on my 350...i dont think i really want to dismount the tires on my stock rims jsut to get the TPS sensors out and remount and sell them and then mount them in my new rims and tires.
So im curious as if it were ok to run without these sensors at all? Will the TPS on the monitor just be blank? There is a beeping sound?
Any info would help...thanks!!!

Yeah you can run without the TPS. However, there is low pressure warning light on the dash which comes on after about 50 miles continuous driving. The pressures will display "--" The light will go off again once you shut off the car.

I didn't remove my sensors from the stock wheels but wish I had because I like the TPS function.
I just get the flashing light that comes on for the first 1 minute after start up, then it stays solid. Since the light stays solid and is amber colored, it's not that noticable to me but I'd still rather had my sensors.
I thought at the time, that it was too much hassle to mount, unmount, remount tires blah, blah ,blah, to deal with but wish I had.
