Default finally got them in

Got them put on today.. 17x10 effective offset is +24.5 in the front and +28 in the back. Should have plenty of room for 285s when lowered.. 275 square now

Finally took the winter wheels off and put these back on. Plan on putting some 285s on the rears sometime this year.

That's not even close to full compression. At full compression the tire should be well tucked in the well.

I Pulled a front Strut and rear spring, disconnected the sway bars and then jacked up the wheel.. maybe I missed something

I'm with terrasmak on this one, the wheel should be much closer to the fender with tire tucked in. Even more so minus suspension parts since no spring compression in the rear. lol

^^^ Is there a reason why you went with the smaller size/weaker offset instead of the usual 18x9.5f 18x10.5r +15 staggered setup? Weight savings for the track or just stumble on a deal..?

Wanted an entry level track setup. I do DD the car when I'm in the states and will only be doing a few track days and I wanted light weight setup. I don't have plans for BBk or anything crazy so I stuck with 17's

I Have Enkei Raijin 18/9.5+15 all round, 265 on front and 285 on rear. I would like to go to a 305 on the rear as will be hitting 500HP and maybe need to extra width on the rear (using RS3s). What wheels and offset do i go for ? the 9.5+15 are perfect offset.
Oh and must be concave front and rear

^^^ I would look into the new RS05RR's. Raijin's max width is 9.5 and although that is great for the front it leaves more to be desired in the rear (pun intended).

RS05RR's come in 18x10.5 +15 and even 18x11 +16, very desirable sizing/offset for the rear of a Z.

Also they have the concave look that you're looking for:

Just a thought.

Edit: Btw Hankook doesn't make anything larger than 285/35 for 18" RS3's iirc.

Yeah i like them but want hypersilver like the raijins. black just doesnt stand out :/ yeah ill have to go to 19" what size is best for 305, 11" or 10.5" and which is closest to 9.5 +15 ?

I guess is a 305 going to be of any benefit over a 285 rear for 500HP ?

Also prices for those Enkei ? i asked some sponsors but no reply yet

^^^
- Honestly idk what to say about color preference, that's your prerogative

- Enkei does not make 19" RS05RR's. You would have to go with classic RPF1's. Or choose a different tire.

- Yes 305 will benefit, hell I'd consider going 315 for 500 hp

- Don't know MSRP, I have a friend that runs a set but he got a deal on them

Do you happened to have pic with this setup on your G? I have the same wheels but not sure what size of tires to get. Thanks
