Unofficial Enkei Wheels Thread
ok need your help before i pull the trigger
i have rpf1 f9.5 r10.5 +15 all around...i like the nice fat tire look
i already have 265/35 for the front but for the rear i see alot of you
guys going with 285/35...could i do 295/35 instead? its only a little
difference and i know i will get a little under steer with 285 and 295
...that's question number one...my car is dropped a little less then
1.5inches...so would i have to get my rear fenders rolled? (im guessing
yes)
can you guys tell me the pros and cons of running nice fat tires?
besides the fact that they are expensive lol got my eye on

If you don't want to roll the fenders , run the Enkei NT03 9.5 front +27 and 10.5 rear +30 with the same tires i mentioned earlier.
Ok im probably going to get rpf1's 18x9 and 18x10. What kind of spacer do I need to run and why? Also best tire sizes and I looking for nismo height suspension wise.
20mm front and rear, just save your the $200 in spacers and buy the 9.5 and 10.5 combo. 255/40 front and 275/40 rear will fit your tire needs just fine.
I still dont get all this offset stuff. How would it look shitty I mean I understand offset, but is it just on enkei's that it looks bad?
He's basically saying the wheels may tuck in a little more than you expect, giving you a little buyer's remorse and forcing you to buy band aids (oops, spacers). I agree the +35 is a lot for a 9 inch wheel if that's what your considering (similar to a stock Nismo or Track V2 Wheel). Wouldn't look retartded but you may end up buying spacers. I think the calc says is will be 26mm tucked in the fender compared to the 9.5 +15's. +38 on the 10's would be a little tucked but not bad.
Play around with this.

The offset is a tad high for "most" Z owners, but the 18x10+38 fits in the rear without a spacer, and you can put a big tire on that mother if you want. I believe the 9" front +35 will require a spacer though. I run this same 9/10 combo in the RPF1 on my race car without issue, and the front requires a spacer (with the Brembos).
No real problem we are just suggesting you see it before buying. Many pics out there, just search and confirm thats what you want.
BTW, my wheels are 9.5 +22 and I think its fairly conservative.

Either 10' or 9.5' in the rear for me. You have 19' wheels though. What if I wanted 8.5 and 9.5 in the rear what offset would be the best? +30 and +15?
Take a look at the 8.5" RPF1 - it is convex instead of concave; you may not like it. The +30 offset for an 8.5" wheel is also a touch high, although it does fit (it's similar placement to the stock front wheel).
Ok 9.5 all around sounds like the best deal to me right now. I can get +15 offset for them and its not too wide. As long as I dont **** with the vdc ill be fine. Give the best tire combos for 9.5 all around, but keep them staggered.
I have a set of black 9.5 +15 RPF1s for sale if you're interested as well. If so, PM me (not here).
