Front and Rear? and I'm not lowered yet, still at stock height. Will I need the roll immediately at stock height or only after I go down the 1'?

Whats the offset on your rims?

Fronts are rolled from the factory. you need 15-25 final offset to fit it up front IIRC

Look at my pics. That's effectively 20mm front. 15mm your gonna be needing some camber.

Rear will work well at 15mm

yup. if you dont lower the car you may get away with the front until you lower.

I was lowered long before i did that setup.

Default another enkei rpf1 question.. more than just will it fit

hi friends, I have a 350z with brembo/quaife lsd and that's probably the extent of performance uprades I plan to do.

No lowering the car, no out of spec negative camber, no intake/header/exhaust or FI upgrades. I am too old for that now. This is a daily driver/weekend warrior type of car.

I am already set on 17" for the sake of performance.
front tires will be 245/40R17
rear tires will be either 255/40R17 or 275/40R17

question 1) since I have no future goal for additional power, will 275/40R17 be overkill over 255/40R17? as in performance decrease due to excess contact patch?

according toe these those tire options... the front should be 17x9, unfortunately most of the search result tend to correlate with 18" but based on below post. 17x9 +22 does not clear brembo

I did not want to use spacers at the track.
question 2) so 17x9 +18 WILL clear brembo front and fit nicely?

according to the unofficial enkei thread, a lot of people run +22 for 18x10 or 19x10 and +15 for 18x9.5 or 19x9.5

question 3) so either 17x10 +22 or 17x9.5 +15 both work nicely for the REAR, right?

thank you guys so much for your input

Run some 17x9.5 or 17x10 front and rear with 275/40 front and rear. Don't be afraid of spacers, i've been running them at the track for years now, if you track you should upgrade to APR studs anyhow.

Also since you mention track, add a little extra front camber. Out of specs is no big deal and will help you as far as lap times and tire wear.

do you know if RPF1 17x9 +18 front and 17x10 +22 rear is the best combination and will clear brembo?

most of the data found pertain to 18", I am pretty firm on 17 inchs

Those will clear brembo. Not sure how you define "best" combination. I like a square set-up of 9.5s, 10s, or 10.5s. Why are you pretty firm on 17s? That's where I started, but now I'm firm on 18s.

by best I meant that it won't look out of place, sticking out or sit too far inside the fender

I am set on 17" for economic reason as well as weight concern. I have 0 plan for power gain.

Hancook Ventus R-S3 245/40ZR17 $152
Hancook Ventus R-S3 255/40ZR17 $155
Kumho Ecsta XS 245/40ZR17 $163
Kumho Ecsta XS 275/40R17 $187

If I were to run 18", the cost of these tires will be about 100$ more expensive a piece at no performance gain.

That's what I think anyways
