Default Nittos or Sumitumos

Its time for some new rubber and I get a deal with the company I work for. The only problem is the company I'm going through has only two tires that will fit my rims (04 stock 17s. seems kinda funny right? ). Either way the tires are about the same price, and I dont know much about either so Im asking for some opinions or possibly some alternatives.

my options are the sumitumo HTR + $110 ot the Nitto neogen for $113 so the price is negligable. Thanks for your input....

Don't know anything about the Sumitumos.. I was looking into Nittos but I only remember that INVO > NT555 > Neogen...

Are you getting stock size? I am sure you can upsize a little width on stock rims.. Unless they just dont make them in 17s.

Looks like the NeoGen won there. DiscountTire had nothing but great reviews for the NeoGen as well. Pretty cheap, maybe I'll even consider.

Nothing but bad luck with Sumitumos, on my car and my dads. There is a reason they are cheaper than other tires

no I really didnt want a poll as much as I wanted some first hand experience opinions, or just some opinions.
