Default TPMS with 18x10.5 wheels

i went to the dealership to reset the tpms. they told me that since my wheels were so "big" that the tpms might not work, the light it still on after they reset it. is this true?

depends on the location of the valve stem and or the sensor.

your sure the sensors are in there right? If so you should be able to reset them they may just be too lazy.

Size doesn't matter in this case. Assuming that the sensors are properly mounted in the wheels and are not damaged, there's no reason that they shouldn't work.

Aren't the TPMS radio-transmitters? If they are, why on Earth would the size of the wheels matter? I'm pretty sure the dealership is full of crappage. Not like that ever happens.

if you fill them up with helium, that will make the wheel lighter and that makes for more power in the end.
