I ran 9.5 +12 and 10.5 +15 with 245.40.18 and 275.40.18 no problem. You'll be fine.

Best way to avoid a headache: Stick with the OEM sizes.

Stock rims are 18x8 front and rear for 03 to 05 , 8 front 8.5 rear on track on newer. You need different wheels to run 275's on the rear.

^^ He says his rear wheels are 9.5" wide, so 275's are very conservative and will work.

He also said they are stock, which would be contradictory to his statement...

The base wheels are 18x8 Front and 18x8.5 Rear. The GT wheels are 18x9 Front and 19x10 Rear. The Nismo Edition wheels are the same dimensions as the GT wheels. The chrome wheel option, I believe are 18x8 at all four corners. If your Z has a 9.5in wide rim, they are not stock, unless you bought the LMGT4 wheels as an added accessory.

i agree if they are stock they arent 9.5's but if you have 9.5's magically then 285 will work i wouldnt go any wider unless you actually need them for traction.
