Offset's are kinda weak, you would need spacers.

honestly, it's my first time buying a set of wheels so i have no experience or what so ever with the market and stuff

19-8.5J +22 OFFSET 5X114.3 (FRONT)
19-9.5J +25 OFFSET 5X114.3 (REAR)

I "think" this offset look OK to me, isnt it?
Unless you want a aggressive look...

talk to a sponsor on the board. I hate to be that guy, but ebay is the last place you should be buying car parts off of.

Then take your time. Study size and offset. Decide what you think looks good.

honestly, i think 19s would look great and the i've been looking for something similar to the Volk Time Attacks with the red stripe. well, I do need it before I leave for the summer. Wheels are like 3x the price over there.
