new to aftermarket wheels..help?
so basically, im new to this wheel thing, im looking at a set of rota d2s 18 x 9.5 which is available in :
30mm offset + 67.1mm bore
50mm offset + 73mm bore
i understand what an offset refers to, and what the bore refers to, but my question is what would you guys recommend? this question might seem pretty simple to most of you but its new to me, and thanks for any input

okay, thanks for the responses, i looked into the availability and if i go 18x8 in the front, should i go with the +25 or +48 offset? and for the rear if i go 18x9 should i go +30 or +50? thanks for any input
Why not just get a used set of quality wheels instead? You can pick up a used set of Volks with a +22 and your car would look great. You wouldn't really need any spacers or worry about proper fitting. Do you have Brembos or a BBK?
Use a offset calculator to compare your current wheels to the new wheels. With the new dimensions, check the car with a tape. Do you clear the suspension, brakes calipers and fenders? Reference: http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp

BTW when you start talking +48 and +50 mm offset I think you are looking at wheels for front wheel drive.
If your going with 8" wide in the front, and 9.5" in the rear...get the LOWEST possible offsets you can find. (lowest as in lowest number)
For 8 and 9.5, the optimal would be something around 10mm - 15mm, respectively.

We do carry a wide variety of Rota Wheels specifically for the 350Z that come in better fitments (typically 18x9 +20 front, 18x10 +20 rear). If you have more questions feel free to post or PM me
