Default Tire Shop screwed up my hubcentric rings QUESTION?????

Tire shop installed two rear tires for me about 1 month ago. Today while driving, another driver told me that one of my rear wheels was wobbling.
Took it to the nearest shop and they told me that two rings were installed on the "wobbling" wheel and none on the other wheel.
Can having two rings on a wheel that are not centered warp your wheel?

see this link just for quick reference, see the pics at the bottom of the ebay link, see how he points out the use/need of a wheel ring?? did you have both hubcentric rings and wheel rings by chance??

Tire shop sometimes screwed up without taking a good look on the hubcentric rings. They took out the tires and swapped them from left and right without checking if one of the ring is sticked on the wheel. It happens!

I may be calling the part the wrong name. It's the small rubber piece you set on the hub then place your wheel on it to make certain it's centered. Basically there were two of these small rubber rings on one wheel and none on the other.
My issue is once they corrected the problem, the pass. rear wheel still has a slight wobble. Not very noticeable, but looks to be a warped wheel none the less.

Two hub rings will cause the wheel not to get flush with the rotor. So the stupid tire shop should have noticed that.

is there any damage? mistakes happen and if nothing was broken/damaged/no one got hurt and you are able to rectify it, whats the problem?

Here's his problem.. and I quote "My issue is once they corrected the problem, the pass. rear wheel still has a slight wobble. Not very noticeable, but looks to be a warped wheel none the less."

hubrings are only useful when youre mounting the wheel. Once you tighten the lugs down properly then the hub ring is no longer necessary.

^^ Not exactly correct. As the wheel can adjust itself when it is tightened to the surface of the rotor. The 5 lugs will not keep it in the exact spot for long and will cause it move without a hub ring, in turn will cause it to start to vibrate. The hub ring helps keep it in the same spot all the time.
