Default Wheel Spacers??? PICS included.

Hey Everyone,

I'm thinking about putting wheel spacers on my car. I've gotten quotes as well as a lot of help from sponsors on this forum. I have the funds to get spacers for the front and rear, but I was wondering if it would work, look good/bad, and/or would I need alignment if I was to put spacers only on the rears. I'm planning on getting Ichiba V2 25mm spacers. Do you guys think this would be ok or is it necessary to put spacers on all fours? I'm also putting stock revised Z spring on the car (G35c) at the same time - I'm looking for a small drop, nothing major. Would I need a fender roll with springs and spacers in the rear?
I'm new to the whole wheel/suspension aspect of our cars so please bear with me.

Oh and car is a 2003 G35c..... has 19in Axis Milano - don't know the offsets or width as they came with the car.

Pics will be up in a bit...

What are stock "revised" springs? Please don't cut anything OEM.

What are the wheel specs for what you currently have? i.e. 19x9 +22 or 19x9.5 +20, and what size tires front and rear?

To answer your questions... front and rear tires are 245/40. I know wheels are 19in all around, but like aforementioned, I don't know the offsets or widths on the wheels as I bought them used and never looked when I had them off the car.

As far as I know from research done on this site and driver, revised Z springs are the newer springs that came on 2005+ models, they have a high spring compression rate..... I'm going to replace my stock G springs with the newer Z springs as they offer about half an inch drop all around - I'm not cutting anything.

In summary, I guess I will install springs first, gauge the drop, then measure to possibly get spacers.

Thanks Tyler for answering my question about me not needing spacers on the front if I put them on the back.

Why don't you just get aftermarket springs? They will be better than stock springs...

Pull a wheel off and look. It's either that, or lower it and get out your measuring stick. If you are going to pull the wheels off to install the springs, you might as well look for a sticker on the wheel or a stamping on the back side of the spokes of the wheel for width and offset information. Typically, it's all there.
