when they go over a pothole and break their rim then the cheap always comes out expensive... besides there is knock off shift *****... cam shafts... body kits... cold air intakes... it is about the own stuff on your own car... buy cheap then you have a cheap car that dosent perform or buy the real thing and rip it around a track... besides paying $4000 for TE-37s, damn!!! but atleast they are made out of leprachaun blood and are lighter than a pillow

Good for Varrstoen. They came out with a classic style wheel in a variety of sizes for their consumers. They even listen to the community and release sizes, offsets, and colors based on what people want. I know they copied another design, but its a classic and popular design that sells well. Good business strategy on their end.
This thread is dumb. Who cares if you buy replica wheels?

And now, I'd like to talk about something that is near and dear to my heart: rhyming couplets.
Has anyone else noticed that Volk sounds very similar to yolk and folk and fork?

Id rock the fakes over the real any day and when your saying look at him with his fakes im saying look at the dummy that spent 4k on light weight wheels. Light weight wheels but his car never sees a track, speed limit doesnt exceed 65 mph and if he does go to the track he puts cheaper track wheels on. So while you think someone is envious of your 4k wheels think again. Hitting a deep pothole at 65 equals a bent rim no matter the brand but replacing a replica wheels is a fraction of the real. Can i afford them yes but spending 4k on wheels especially when the wheels would of cost half of what the car is worth, thats retarded

ROFL at all this budget talk...buying a 30k sports car and whining about wheel cost in a recession. If you can't afford it, perhaps you should make wiser investments than a sports car you can barely afford and mods for it that instantly depreciate.
And the notion that TEs cost 4grand...lolololololololol

Honestly I'd be pissed If I just spent top dollar on legit te37's and then these just came along. But I guess for people on a budget it's good. I'm ok with it until people with Varrstoen Wheels start saying that they have te37's and putting Volk stickers on them. I'm sure theres people who have already done this, which is terrible.
