ouch but judging by your name, Im suprised you dont have a beater.

my question, I read in some places about heated side mirrors... the Z doesnt have heated mirrors does it? or is it a canadian option?

The Touring comes with heated mirrors.

Good question ares. I don't know where mine is either. Of course i have only had it for two hours.

sorry canadian350z, but the 350 is just a nissan car. I get flak for thinking this way, but for under 30k, the Z can be replaced by a new model in 2005! Like Zchick says, drive it like you stole it

I remember reading that when you turn on the rear defroster that the mirrors also defrost. On all Canadian models.

Picture below is from page 2-21 of the manual. According to http://www.nissanusa.com/ which at the least applies to US models, the Touring model comes standard with heated outside mirrors, and that is the only model where the feature is available.

When I saw the picture I started to chuckle a bit, then I realized that some light snow has already started to form on my car. I'll be crying my self to sleep tonight..

well hey, thats awesome, I was kinda upset that I could never see out my side view mirrors, they always get all fogged up with condensation. my last car had heated mirrors and they were great.

good to know I still have it.
