The Camry NEVER was designed to be even remotely sporty in ANY sense of the word, so comparing it to the Z has NO MERIT AT ALL.
Toyota designed this extremely BLAND and UTILITARIAN car for the following:
1. The "ALL I care about is reliable transportation to get me from Point A to Point B" People.
2. Old Peeps
3. Old Peeps who are daring and want to wind to blow thu their toupees (Camry Solara convertible)
4. Middle Class Worker Drones with 2-4 kids and no discernible personality (they buy Brown and Green Camry's).
5. Rental Car companies
6. Fleet Vehicles for sales employees and managers.
7. People (like my cousin unfortunately) who bought a few cars on the Consumer Reports "Cars to Avoid List" and got scared straight and ran to the the Camry, cuz they heard it NEVER breaks down (He had a '85 Audi 5000 that leaked fluids all day, every day...lol).
SIDE NOTE: I saw a really ugly LIME GREEN NEW '07 Camry on the highway on Friday and almost got nauseous....Who the F*ck would buy THAT color...It was a dude driving it too??

Ugh its still going huh. Frankly I could care less if a camery could beat my Z. I still have a Z. I'm sure there are lots of cars out there who'll beat my Z but in the end.............I've still got a Z.
Now a comparison between Z and s2000 or a Z4 would be understandable but this is outrageous
