WARNING: You should seriously read up on those Nitto tires you ordered. Almost all of the serious crashes in the rain that I've seen on this website have involved those tires. I'm definitely no expert, but I read an awful lot of posts on this site before deciding to buy. 90% of the crash reports involve rain, moderate speeds (or so they say), and Nitto 555s.
If I misread your post and those aren't Nitto 555s, then forget I said anything.
Other than that, enjoy your Z, but do some homework on those tires. If it's not too late to cancel the order, I would cancel it.

Honestly I couldn't image driving that car from a stop with a turbo on it.. Even NA it revs VERY fast in 1st gear, on top of that it had terrible wheel hop (this is with a adjustable bracket from ingalls with was suppose to eliminate most wheel hop). Alot of people were actually swapping in a camry final drive to have longer gears when they were turbo charged.
I got some NT555's coming for my Z and they should be here on monday, it should be nice and fun from a stop.

Ha I owned an 05 tc and traded it in for and 06 Z. What a difference in power and handeling. However I do miss my TC, it was easier to drive and more comfortable. One of the reasons I traded it in was not only for power but because when your going down the highway the tc's rpm was way too high causing it to sucked alot of gas on the highway. All the compliments and looks i get in the Z are a plus.
