Wow, I just read this entire thread. Really sad story. I have been scammed over the internet before and every scammer seems to have no sense of guilt or remorse. It's truly sad to see things like this happen. IMO, from all the e-mails, conversations, documents he has sent you, you have enough to take him down horrendously. I wish you the best of luck and keep us updated.

the sad thing is it looks like he put alot of time and effort into it and what kind of moron would believe that it takes UPS 8 days to deliver from Georgia to Florida? it doesn't take them more than 5 business days to ship anything

EDIT: Just in case this thread is ever viewed by someone of authority, I'd like to make it very well known that Trop has been nothing but professional during this ordeal and has only wanted to use the proper channels to come to a resolution. Me on the other hand, I'm all for more devious (yet legal) actions.

The guy's ego is so big he is out of touch with reality. He's building a solid case against himself from what could have been construed as a misunderstanding by the courts to outright fraud. He will get what he deserves and you, trop, will be preventing many people from being his victims.

Heh, I was actually sent another bogus tracking number. At this point, you would figure he would see the light, and either refund me or hide from me.
Its kinda sad. Continuing the charade just hurts him at this point. I almost get the feeling that he thinks I am just bluffing about the police.

Continuing my never-ending saga for the alleged Nismo Exhaust (yes, I'm still dealing with this), the seller has given me a valid tracking number for something that weighs approximately 15lbs. According to the seller, this item is the mid-pipe, and that he has packaged the y-pipe and canister in a separate box.
He has not given me the tracking number for the y-pipe and canister, so I can only hope that he's not pulling yet another stunt on me.
Anyways, I plan on opening tomorrow's package (provided its not making any ticking noises) and inspect the part. I have not screwed around with the exhaust on the Z yet, and do not know the differences between the oem and nismo pieces. The differences in the canister units are obvious, but I am more referring to the y-pipe and mid-pipe. Dimensions and any telltale markings would be high appreciated.
I will post a picture of whatever I get tomorrow, provided the package is not rigged with 15lbs of explosives.
