If at all possible, open it in front of the UPS delivery person - tell him you need to inspect it for damage PRIOR to signing for it. It may be 15 pounds of bricks or
something else worthless and he seems like the kind of guy that would say there was an exhaust piece in the box when he shipped it.

Sorry to hear about your fiasco tropic, hope you get your money back. I've banned him and his IP from the site so hopefully we can prevent him from scamming anyone else. Looks like you have his contact info so I'll assume keeping him off the site isn't an issue. If I'm incorrect you can PM me.

here is a pic of the b-pipe from zand02max, the obvious difference is the round resonator:

Wow, this still hasn't been resolved yet?

Does anyone here work for UPS or knows someone who does?

I'm asking because if someone does work for UPS, then we can possibly look up the tracking # in the computer and see exactly where that package he sent himself went to in Brownsville, TX. Probably his own address I would assume.

Keep us updated.

Thank you. We'll see what happens when I get home from work today. Something will be there. Ideally, everything will be there, it will be the right stuff, and I can start planning on jacking my Z up.

This is a pretty juicy read. Sorry to hear about it though...I hope you get him.

I have a large pipe in the back of my house if you need it. Some blood stains on it from previous usage though. Otherwise it's good condition.

Trop, Refuse any delivery from UPS at this point. It is obvious that he never had an exhaust to sell you. I have absolutely zero faith that he would go out, purchase an exhaust, and send it to you -- look at all the hoops he has jumped through just to AVOID sending it to you so far.

I would refuse any delivery and concentrate on getting my money back from paypal/bank/etc. He doensn't have proof that he sent you anything, and now he's trying to change that. Don't let him.

Good point. Could he inspect the contents of the package before 'accepting delivery'? Surly UPS has had experience with mail fraud in the past.

I can simply not open the box until the other arrives. If the other doesn't arrive within a few days, then I refuse shipment, and we are back to square one.

He hasn't returned any of my messages for the past day and a half, so we shall see what happens. The police contacted him, and are working with me, so it would be rather foolish to continue playing games. He very well could have shipped it all and it all could be on my front door step when I get home.

^Your a man of "HOPE". It's a good thing to have, but obviously this guy has taken advantage of your ways. I sincerly "HOPE" the package(s) contains your Nismo exhaust and not a cheap knock off or just a pile of useless pipes. Remember that there comes a time when "HOPE" is not as clear as it once was. Good luck and keep us updated.

Damn..if that happened to me, no matter what the distance, I would pay him a Personal visit...even "if" he sends the exhaust. I would ake him pay for wasting my time and thinking I was stupid...Anyway, I hope you are satisfied woth whatever he has sent you and this issue is resolved.

I repeat, DO NOT sign for the package until you open it. Signing for one and then waiting a few days will prove he still sent you something, but it might not be what he says it is. Then again, if they are going to leave it on the porch or something I guess that won't work. If the driver is there when you get it, he WILL wait for you to open it before you sign for it.
