What did he do wrong? made a lane change i know..Just do a search for wrecked 350Z im sure you will find a few more.. I was going to say somthing about you calling me a Douchebag but i remember saying..
"You can flame me, hate me, boot me, or even Delete me from your myspace, I dont give a crap its just the way i feel about it.."

The poor guy in the link was at highway speeds in moderately heavy rain.

What’s the difference you ask… The kid was supposed to be at no faster than 45mph and was on a dry or nearly dry road in an area notorious for street racing and hauling a$$.

Now you can tell me that it rained that day and I will agree with you. However, I will tell you that I pass not 5mi from this area every weekday on my way to and from work. The roads were completely dry yesterday when I was on them not an hour after this accident.

You have made the statements that you “road race all the time.” Later stating that you only feel sorry for the car in this case.

So what we have here, is an unsympathetic road racing idiot who cares nothing for the people that get hurt “or in this case killed” because of their egotistical actions. It’s exactly people like you that are the problem and make the rest of us responsable Z drivers look like ricer punks.

If you want to race, go to the track. But at least have some freekin sympathy for the people you might hurt. The life you save just might be your own.

Well in the report it said it had rained before the crash. Just going off what i read. It never said ANYTHING about him Racing.. It did say people drive to fast on that road... also I never said i road race.. I said i STREET race! same thing ya i know. people that are at the Races know what CAN happen..
Here in California it rains at my house and not at my moms house who lives about 5 miles away. I know Florida is in another demension and stuff there is different but, It could happen..

So what your saying is because of some kid in a Z that killed a man it makes YOU look bad cause you own/drive a Z Gimme a break. Im sure there is not one person on this site that at one time or another went a little faster than the speed limit maybe it was only 1 or 30 mph over but its happend. Jonny just happened to kill someone when he did it. It could be anyone of US. All im trying to say is people need to chill with the whole " Kid should be locked up for LIFE or killed"

On PCH people wreck their 150k+ cars all the time. Damn those Ricer Punks...

He's also an experienced driver like us and owns the Z. Oh, wait a second.

He's a 16 year old kid that's hardly driven in his life and has never even owned a car. Good person to let drive a Z, especially in the high schooler state of mind.

Think about this.. your 16 loose control of your 30k car (maybe even your dads to put alittle more fear into you), since your scared $hitless you dont even think to put on the brakes all you can think of is CRAP this is a convirtable and we are going to die..Your 16 you dont have years of driving exp. you dont know what to do, its all happening SO FAST. Just stop and think about it before you try and linch the kid by the *****..$hit happens sometimes it's bad and sometimes its REAL bad.. I hate it when ever a kid gets into a wreck they were always STREET RACING..

Also...

i street race all the time im not a kid im almost 30, when i do it i make sure its in a commercial area without any other cross streets..ya i can loose control of my car and crash, or hit someone on the side of the road maybe even crash into the other car im racing but DAMN people know what can happen when there there, but they still go.. yep your right on the drag strip the only person I can kill is myself. People die all the time.. Cry me a river! Then build a bridge and get OVER it! You can flame me, hate me, boot me, or even Delete me from your myspace, I dont give a crap its just the way i feel about it..

I feel bad for the Z and thats it!
you sir, are a moron. seriously, i hope you were drunk when you posted that. i have typed out some really moronic crap and hit the submit button before, so i understand.

I don't think that raising the age everyone gets a license will help. (Unless we rise the age to 30-something)

New drivers will always be dangerous, be they inexperienced 18yo drivers, or inexperienced 16yo drivers.

I also think it's overly convenient for people like me to get my permit at 15, enjoy all the experiences and freedom that came from getting my operator's at 16, then decide that others have to wait until they are 18. (Even though I don't recall losing that feeling of invincibility until my late 20's)

(flame suit on)

i think its the lack of discipline in kids today. and florida is bad place ot learn. everyone drives like complete morons, so when a kid gets a license, they follow the norm, not ot mention they all wanna speed and be like fast and the furious. if parents would ride around more with their kids and teach them how to drive maybe this wouldnt be as bad of a problem. granted there isnt really a way to fully prevent these thing either.

I saw the original news coverage and the speed limit in that area is 30mph. They showed the skid marks and there is NO way he wasn't going at a high rate of speed, especially for that street. Not sure about racing but he has to of been speeding.

The news station also said he was driving his dad's car. I'm not sure that it was even his.

RIP to the moped driver This kid is going to have to live with this for the rest of his life.

A kid here in town killed another driving recklessly a few years back. I think he got a few years probation and had punitive damages against him too.

Wish I could agree with you but I bet he lives his life just fine with no regrets?

Just like most people that go to the cemetery after love ones are buried.
Just how many family or friends ever return to show respect to love ones?
9-10 of most people never return it's like "Out of Sight Out of Mind".

So sad but True!

yet another sign proving that 16 yr olds should not drive or "own" a Z. I'm sure this kid was just like the rest of them "I may be 16, but i'm really responsible and i know not to drive stupid"
