Most 34 year olds wouldn't do that.

Teens make up the vast majority of stupid people.

What about it? I said the VAST majority. Sure there are old dumbasses (Fowlman and BrickYardRat) but they are in the minority.

You seem to have a grudge. On the registry for ****in a teen or something? Mad the ***** ratted you out?

Your vendetta makes you look narrow-minded, it does nothing to the teens.

-EDIT- How old was the guy on here that died street racing after a party or something?

I wasn't allowed to get my liscense till i was 18. now Im happy about that because i know those 2 years made a hell of a difference in maturity and the mentality i had when on the street.

basically what it boils down to are simple principles. what happen was tragic and was the 16yo kid at fault.....yes. but heres the problem. its not about what car he was driving, how fast or slow he was going or the weather. Its about choices and kids these day cant even get their homework done on time let alone be resonsible enough to drive a car. so stop the flamming about his car, or the speed, or what the weather was like because its not about that. flamming him for that just makes you look more like a jacka$$. Change the driving age to 18

I say let the kids continue to have a license, but punish the parents when this happens.

HOWEVER, the high school's should close all parking lots except for faculty. **** em, make those kids take the bus...

Fiscally his parents will be punished. Any civil legal suits will actually be against them because he is a minor.

Not to mention they will have to pay for a lawyer if there is any criminal charges brought up against their son.

Racing or not, a 350z is a lot of car to give to someone without a lot of experience on the road. I fault both the driver and the parent who let his kid out in such a car.

Unfortunatley, punishing the parents probably won't teach the kid a damn thing.

Another unfortunate incident by an inexperienced teen and a rwd car with too much power.

Fact of life: Kids are stupid and will do stupid and immature things and by kids I mean anyone under the age of 21(adult my a$$). This kid will get off simply bc kids deserve second chances just like the 16 y/o that probably did the exact same thing later on that night but without killing anyone. Both will learn their lesson..just in very different ways

I also agree about the driving age being incredibly low and the need for it to be raised to at least 18. Even that is still young but the higher the better at this rate.

Not Only Do They Need To Raise The Driivng Age But They Need To Make The Tests A Hellll Of Alot Harder...

I Remember Passing My Driving Test By Going 40mph And Stoping @ The Stop Sign, And Then Doing A 3 Point Turn......and Bam! I Had My Liscene..wtf Kina Test Is That?

They Need To Do A British Driivng Test...that $hit Has Like A 34% Passing Rate.....all Kindas Of Reserve Manuevers, Parking, And Various Road Situations Are Tested In A 40mintue Test...
