GTFO of here with the rep ruined crap. Everytime you make a statement I come back with replies like above and then you stop replying. Prior to my response above you said "wrong" they were already bashing you in the other thread, and my above reply proved that was a lie as well.

STOP telling people he ruined your rep and that's why you won't refund. He made one thread and one post about what happened, PRIOR to any bashing, you responded WITHOUT offering a refund....and that's when you started getting bashed and flamed. If you had di the right thing you wouldn't have a 15 page thread of people making you out to be a fool! Just stop and admit it man, you never had any intention to fully refund and you continue to say you would have ONLY if he didn't ruin your rep on here. Well, he DIDN'T until YOU let it go on and stayed hard headed about not offering to do what's right. So please stop duplicating your responses by saying the reason why you won't refund is because you lost your rep. The facts are in the thread man lol you had the chance to respond and make it right before ANYONE bashed you. First reply in the for sale thread and 4th on this prior to ANY bashing. NONE of this is made up man, both thread's are here to be viewed.

THIS IS THE SIMPLE TRUTH:

The exhaust gets taken off your car and NEITHER of you inspected it. BOTH are at fault, but YOU are the SELLER and sold something WITHOUT INSPECTING IT. That's it! That's all anyone needs to know about the story!

 

I have been reading the thread. You're right Kramy has sold more stuff. That still doesn't mean I trust him more to tell the whole truth when it comes to trying to sway public opinion. All the itrader rating means to me is that he's sold a lot of stuff and people have had good interactions with him. I don't have that high of a itrader rating either, what's that say bout me? I can also say the say the same thing about jim@showstoppers. For the most part he's got a great rep on here, but that still has not stopped a number of members to accuse him of being shady.

Again I'm not taking sides, I'm just happening to lean towards the buyers side, because I feel the best solution is for him to get his refund and for him to send back the exhaust.

 

Oh and I am done arguing now =) Just couldn't stand all the things that didn't make sense on this deal.

I'll just wait until kramy gets an update with his cc or if something really irks me again!

+1 on that. One person having 30+ rating does not mean he is MORE honest than one with 4 or 5. Everyone had to start with getting their first one.

At this point if he was banned you wouldn't be able to get any further information from him right? Then the communication chain would be broken.
Plus, it's a hard thing to prove by hear say. I mean the installer could have been the one to mess it up. However, the more I hear.... haven't seen yet. The more I'm thinking damage was caused in the wreck and Kris didn't really want to know. That is not a good thing. I would never sell something without inspecting it and posting the condition to the best of my knowledge. There mine be a problem if Kris isn't knowledgeable in such things and put his trust in the installer to tell him the condition. Some people have to do that. However, I do not see that is the case here.

On the other side, I'd never buy something except some thing new unless, I looked at it first. That's me .... that's how I protect myself from scammers. In this world, believe it or not, I'm finding not everyone is as honest as I am.

BTW - I have 100% ebay rating and you can look at the one item I have sold on here for reference. I go the extra mile.

Yes i went in and said something in that thread, but not before he made 2 threads "don't buy from kayfuNk" and "this is in **** shape, he ****ed me good"; in HIS for sale thread that i responded to directly after he posted pictures. Never once did i get a PM or a chance to talk to him before he started all the forum drama. You keep referencing the same thing, and i've already proven you're wrong 100 times over; you're just to stubborn or stupid to look at the facts, jackass.

PLEASE PROVE where people posted and flamed you BEFORE you got to reply. BOTH threads clearly show YOU responding before any $hit talking began. Honestly, if you can prove to me you NEVER got to say anything in EITHER of these two threads PRIOR to you being flamed I will outright apologize for that.

Also, I am now confused about you saying you could talk to him at 11pm when you got OFF WORK ('He sent me a text saying he wasn't satisfied and we need to "work something out, call me" so i told him i get off at 11 tonight, and i will.'). If that's the case and you couldn't talk to him before that then how the hell were you able to post so many damn replies on the forum prior to 11pm?! Unless this was on a totally different day!? edit: if you can post and read during that whole time you sure as hell could have called him right when you got the first text and not need to wait until you allegedly got off.

There are ONLY two things I would agree with you on. He should have looked prior to (again, he states he could not go in the back, you said he could, so that's all your own versions) and the fact that he probably should have waited to hear from you prior to posting and giving negative rating. BUT to say your rep was ruined or he talked smack as the reasons for not refunding, that's a cop out.

 

i sent him a pm saying i would delete the post, i would ask the mods to take the negative itrader feedback off, im not saying i didn't make a mistake by looking at the exhaust, i saw it on the car it was dirty, i figured it just needed to be cleaned. i heard the exhaust leak, the guy who put it on said it was the gasket. once i pulled the exhaust off and started cleaning it is when i saw the scratches and the mid pipe with the broke flange. let alone the bad weld, half a hanger missing and one total hanger missing and the chicken wire holding half of the missing hanger rod missing. i would of never seen the chicken wire without removing the exhuast i tried to slide the hanger off and saw the chicken wire and 2 hose clams holding it all on. kris all you have to do is make things right and this will go away but you don't want it to. i have printed up the denial from paypal. i have take poloraids of the exhaust and the damage to take and fax to my cc company in the morning. i sent them some in email but they said they want hard photos. i have even offered to take the money you send me back to send you the exhaust back. man im the one out cash no matter what. like i said in previous post what would you do in my shoes man. would you of been happy to of removed an exhaust and saw it like this. like i said also, without all the damage this exhaust probably sounds great but since it has been beat to all hell and back it doesn't. its not because of test pipes its because of how beat up it is. im thru with posting the rest will be take up with my credit card company and http://complaint.ic3.gov/update. thank you
