Default got in an accident today video inside

on the way home and got into an accident pretty sure its not my fault. video speak for itself. i wasnt speeding or anything. actually i was slowing down to take a turn. who would you guys think insurance would put the blame on?

<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/s-W6PC06jn8&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/s-W6PC06jn8&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

the other guys insurance wont pay to get my car fix because they dont think that its the suv's fault.
so i gotta pay 750 deductible for my insurance company to get it fix.
my insurance comp. is preceding to sue the other company to get back the money.

the guy at liberty mutual is a retard. he is not answering mine or my agent's phone calls. left a few voicemail but stil no response.
hope their a$$ get handed to them in court.

OK I have to ask. Who and why would anyone film their own accident?

oh yeah... there was a witness, he was the guy in the brown suv. he waved the white suv out because he thought it was clear. after the accident i came up to him to ask him how in the world he didnt see me he said that i was zooming up too fast for him to see me... well there was this girl 14-16 she said that i was speeding. and i ask her how she know i was speeding and she was like well look at your car.... and i was like sooooooooooo i have a sport car..............sooooooooo..... im always speeding??? and her dad was like telling her to be quiet...she was on the passenger side so i doubt she even know what was going on. ruin my freaking day happen like an hour ago

you were going straight, he was making a left turn. You did tried to stop. Good thing you have the video. You should be OK. The other drive should have stopped to look before crossing over to the other lane.
I know here in NY they have a no-fault rule. So the insurance Co. tires to blame you part of the accident IE 80/20. 50/50 etc.

How that's cool (the carputer). How durable is it? What a great idea. Can you do multiple cameras? How much if you don't mind answering?

I did not like watching that.
It is the SUV's fault though.

Firstly, thanks for the video and it looks like your not hurt. 99% SUV's insurance will be paying for your repairs. You definitely wasn't speeding, but it does seem like your trying to catch the light, at the same time, the SUV is at fault for turning left without looking. Your video will HELP you, so show them that and they'll be sending your a check. Good Luck!!!
