I was going to say... surprised you would need advise on this.

However, for and easier more effective method for severely oxidized lights
1. wet sand 800 grit
2. spray several light coats of automotive grade clear coat (saves you compounding and polishing steps and will last (could top the CC with carpro Dlux, opticoat, opti-gloss, or any other semi-permanent coating for even more ease in cleaning)

With or without whitener?

How about the one infused with Scope?

Minty fresh headlights.

Default What have you done for your Z today?

Since some of you like trying different approaches, rub bug spray on them.

I pretty much did this but used 800 then 2000 grit. Then wiped down with rubbing alcohol and sprayed a bunch of layers of clear coat.. After it dried wet sanded with 2000 again then polished... Could look better but looks way better then it did.

Also has held up so far.. Every other method turned back to **** in a week or so

Anything but the ones with the little blue microbeads in it! It will scratch the plastic!

I got the S. Seem like a decent drop without me spend a ton of money. I may one day take it to a track day but otherwise it's my DD.
