Nothing new here. This sort of thread regarding the same old issues with the same vendor always re-appears every few months. Vendor has been on my DO NOT DO BUSINESS list for 4 years now. I don't think customers would lie about their bad experiences just for the hell of it.

Vendor subforums really needs a popup window with a list/graphs of just positive and negative rating totals of all registered vendors on the site similar to the iTrader but appearing each time you click on a thread in the forum. Forcing users to actually view it would probably let some less informed people know what they're getting into before committing money.

wow, i was going to buy parts from intense, now i wont, thanks for the info.. i mean honestly, a lot of people say they pm intense and they don't even respond... the LEAST you can do is respond to someone if they haven't even received a tracking number, you can't blame people for thinking your scamming them. I understand that they are short handed, and the economy is bad but it doesn't take much to write a pm to someone.. If someone orders something and is told it will be there in november and its STILL not there and no one has replied to them, what does that look like? I would think I was scammed too. You can defend your business all you want but this is coming from a pretty large number of people on here its not like its 1 or 2 people because human error is natural once and a while but come on now... looks like you just lost a lot of business by not handling things the right way..

type in www.vividracingsucks.com <--- I didnt hyperlink this either type it in on your own and it redirects to them LMAO and look up the history of that on the internet. all it takes is a google search.

Not trying to start beef but they had to buy that website off someone that created that.

So there's two shitty company's? I still prefer vividracing.

EDIT: There will always be people unhappy with a certain company. Not one 1 company has 100% positive feed back.

Infraction issued to Intense for crossing the line with their comments regarding Vivid.
