Default EVO-R Experience

I was just wanting to know if anyone else has dealt with this company. I am not having the best experience so I just wanted some feedback.

I ordered the complete 350z carbon fiber interior on the 21st of June and as of the 6th of July I have yet to recieve anything. I had to email him for a status update which I think is completely unsat. I have given him two weeks to have my items shipped or I want a refund. Basically he will have had a month to get my items out which is plenty of time.

Based on his actions I will report him to the better business bureau. He will decide what my course of action is and I think I have been very civil about the order.

The crazy part is I planned on giving this company a lot of business but apparently repeat customers isn't a priority for this company. Guess I will have to pay someone else's mortgage..lol.

you should consider other options such as 3m carbon fiber wrap or sending your parts to cfcreations/tonester. I hear his cf wrapping skillz are amazing.

thanks for the heads up guys, now I know who not to buy parts from

Evo-R is one of the shittiest online businesses ive ever encountered. I honestly dont know how its still a sponsor or even a vendor on this forum.

Evo-R is garbage! there products fit like crap if you even get them. Go with cfcreations, he has pretty much done my whole interior and I could not be happier.

i have evor carbon.. i did have to spend countless hours repairing it, but for an entire interior in carbon for 800 bucks, its pretty cheap. I didnt mind doing the work to fit it..
btw use clear 100 percent silicone to glue ti on.. trust me.
Evo r is Jay Shei.. i believe its just the one guy... so 2 weeks? meh.. i see your point but welcome to the world of custom car parts..

BBB? i wouldnt do all that just yet.
This isnt best buy or mcdonalds after all.

If you want custom car parts, it takes time and the buying experience is different.. need patience.. BUT.. there have been issues w vendors before.. I for one like to give ppl another chance often.

Remember that most of his items are shipping from Taiwan so it can take some time to receive your parts.

PM him directly here as well:

I've bought things from him. Everything was through PMs and he was actively posting in his marketplace threads. Had no problems and everything fit really well.

Had a flawless transaction with Jay with a lip that had perfect fitment. I kept my communications to him short and direct. Would do business with again.

But first check to make sure he has what you want in stock. Don't just sling money at him. A lot of people did that AFTER he posted that stock was out, and now they have to sit and wait.

Spider monkey= IN cage/ lolz.
nice.

Yeah this is a troof.
thats the big thing w custom parts.. they are generally never in stock. Imagine how lame it is when you want to fork for a real high dollar JDM item like say, the Esprit wing i wanted.
I had 2k in hand for it, but it was going to still be a 12 week wait minimum.. its just how it goes.
It sucks to wait for the stuff you know youre overpaying for.. and it sucks to wait for something cheap too.
It sucks to wait, but 2 weeks? that is absolutley zip in the world of 350z.

Ive had my car at a shop for a month stripped down waiting for engine internals and turbo parts, and it will be another month to machine it and build it all up. AND its expensive. AND my ex GF has to carpool me to work.. even worse.
Now THAT sucks. but its life.

Just call your credit card company and dispute the charge. The CC company will refund your money (product was billed but not shipped, that is against VISA policy) and you will have the money back and can buy it somewhere else.

End of story.*

* Unless you are a moron and used paypal. NEVER use Paypal for anything expensive.
