Zorkan... just be careful from this point on getting back the rest of your money. As others have said, him sending you money from a different paypal account and not "gifting" it to you are all red flags.
In the future, always send paypal money for goods and services and never as a gift. In the future, forget paypal and open a dispute directly with your credit card. The credit card company is always in your corner to get your money back.

It's very odd he is sending the money back not as a gift and under a different account. Also not even the full amount until you cancel the investigation with CC.

 

get that process started right now, and stop dicking around, then if and only if he gives u the money and you can actually hold it in your hand drop the cases with him, but i strongly think you shouldnt!

 

Zorkan, the longer you wait, the harder it will be to get your money back. Start now. We all know this guy is a liar and won't change.

 

I can't believe someone would allow themselves to get dicked around like this. If he was only willing to accept your money as a gift then why on earth would you not do the same to him. You're gonna drop the investigation and he's just gonna get his money back.

 

I know every options I have, but the easiest way is, if he pays. I wait a few days for the rest of the money. Of course if he cheats me, I will go directly to my other legal options, which will be jail time for him (after I contacted with my friends US lawyer).

p.s. as I told in the past, I can't do anything via CC company because the sent money was already overbooked. Like you are sending it via wire transfer. That's why Anthony can't say that I can scam him in the future.

BTW I forgot to tell that the lawyer said (same like you all), that I only allow to receive money via gift method, do not allow else because he can fool me again. So I refunded the money to his girlfriend account with a note.

Money was sent as a gift period. The fee was for currency exchange. I'm done with this thread you all can go **** yourselves I dont have time to play keyboard warriors. zorkan will get his Other 600 dollars when the **** settles from these other disputes over working items. I took that money out of my pocket as a courtesy. I could have waited until PayPal settled to send you any money.

You actually refunded what a stupid move. You had time to call your lawer but not PayPal? I pushed the fee on you and because you didn't net full amount you thought it wasn't a gift?We'll it was a gift now you have to wait for your refund till this money clears I'm not going in my pocket again.
