If you want to stick with an OEM replacement, there's plenty of good/used ones to be found from auto wreckers/dismantlers. I use saccityautoparts since they are within driving distance of me, but they also ship! I would also look at an aftermarket aluminum undershroud for your car. These really help firm up all the plastic splash guards and bumper around the front end. If your vehicle is slammed/stanced, then stick with the plastic since you're going to be doing a lot of scraping (not sure if this is what caused the mishap in the 1st place). One last thing, those exposed fluid lines are actually for your windshield/hatch sprayers, not engine coolant, so don't worry, you're not in danger of any catastrophic failure/damage .
Good Luck!

Should just be those plastic poppers that Heel posted earlier. But to be certain, you will need to look under the corner of the bumper. As I recall that plastic piece you lost may also be bolted to the bottom of the front bumper lip & corner. So you might need some 10mm bolts and cage clips. See pic.
