Default Looking for an 07' Gray GT...and looking..and looking

Just sold my 06' MX5 last week.It was a neat car but really lacked power and although it was a great improvement over the MGB's & Spitfire's of my youth, I still found myself getting bored with it after a few years.I really wanted a 350ZR when I bought the MX5 but was scared off after reading all of the early production problems with the front end & transmission problems.Hopefully the 07' model will not have too many issues with it.With the price of gas over$4 a gallon and the production of this model coming to an end I'm hopeing to find an 07' Gray GT for around 29-31K with really low miles.I've been lurking here for the last few months and just joined yesterday.Good forum with alot of usefull info. The only Z I've driven was an 05 model coupe with 20k miles that had been run hard, but even that was great so I'm looking forward to finding just the right ZR for me. At 51 I've owned alot of different sports cars over the years and always like to have one for my personal car. My wife hated the MX5 but is all for the Z go figure.

Look in the classifieds..there maybe something there. Also have you tried autotrader.com? Carmax.com usually has some great deals, or even ebay. Thats a great color and hopefully you can find one with the burnt orange ventilated seats

Thanks for the replies.I'm looking on ebay,AutoTrader and AutoNation as well as any other internet sites I can find. I really am being patient because I know what I want. Must have 6 speed, burnt orange vented or charcol gry leather (the frost would not stay clean) v/low miles.I actually found the PERFECT one for $30,650 on ebay a month ago but it sold in 24 hrs. and I did'nt have my car sold yet. Is it safe to get the chrome wheels on an 07'? I think it is if they come factory but need to do some more reasearch.

Yeah, what KombatKing said . Checkout a regular Touring and just add your own BBK if you really feel you need it.

For the burnt orange seats, I think they are an option that is only available on certain models (from the factory), so you might have to do after market for that too (or somehow find them at a wrecker yard or something).

Nissan doesn't do chrome from the factory -- that is an after-market only option (although, some individual dealers were doing this for a while).

Thats basically what i did..i just bought an enthusiast, lucked out and found a set of BO ventilated seats and bought an BBK and suspension. The ventilated seats are hard to find, so if you can find a car with this option, ****** it up. I believe they only came in cars that were black and silver. Can anyone else confirm?

Although my GT is a 07-was at dealership and sales manager said that -07 and 08 have BO ventilated seats in any color offering, although you might have to special order and wait! He wasn't sure on earlier models.

That is purdy..i was lucky with my BO Vented seats, scoring them off of someone. i have no idea why someone would want to get rid of them. I think it totally makes a difference in the way the car looks.

MX48 that is one fine looking roadster! I went to the local dealer here in Corpus Christi this week and test drove a new 08'Coupe. Actually I drove two, one auto and one manual. I'm 51 years old and have driven sticks all my life (in my cars) so I was very skeptical that I would even consider an auto but was pleasently suprised with the 350's feel.If this was 5 years ago I would say hands down must have stick. But I've got 3 ruptured disks in the base of my spine and can't enjoy all the shifting like I once did.so i found a 07" Carbon Silver Touring Roadster in Austin with 1900 mile's.My wife was in San Antonio so she drove over to the Audi-Porshe dealer that has the car and feel in love with it after a test drive soooo we will pick it up in about a week when I get off work. She sent me pictures but I don't want to post them until I drive it. The interior is the Carbon Gray leather.I'm buying it for $28,500. The very first thing I MUST have is Sirius Satellite radio.I'm guessing any good shop can hook-up to the bose system in a roadster?

Congrats on finding a ZR! If you are going to change the head unit for the stereo, just go all the way and get something nicer with Sirius and maybe a NAV. The Z's head unit is made by Clarion anyway - only the speakers are Bose!

Tony, they are Stern's
All steel, and not forged-Pricing was reasonable, and I love them, and that's all that matters. That being said I know they aren't as strong as volks, Rays etc, and heavier, but I like the way the black, accent's the carbon silver..
I bought them at Les Schwab(don't reccomond to install them, they hacked them up somewhat) Yes, ya get what you pay for..two other views of the wheels..
