Default The REAL reason for having a roadster is....

Just figured it out! See, I spent some time putting Zymol on the finish, nothing's on TV anyway so why not spend it with the Z? Anyway, I decided to clean the windshield. The top was down, and I could:

... reach inside to clean the inside of the window! No longer do you have to look like a pretzel to get into those small areas at the bottom! All of our coupe brethren will be jealous, for sure!

Oh yeah, I LOVE to drive the thing, too!

Funny - I always thought that the REAL reason for having a roadster was for the occasional sunny day top down wind in your hair thing!

Nothing like riding to work with the top down, then home or out and about after work, puts an entirely new spin on driving!!!
Can't beat it! I'd say 'Yes!' to the blowing hair thing but I ain't got much of it anymore!

Funny I should read this thread now: I just posted something about this weekend being a justification for owning my roadster.

I know what you mean MrNick...,one Sunday morning I 'm driving up I80 E, with the top down, towards Sacramento, traffic is thin and all the cars are cruising about 75-80, then a BIG ol' Diesel pickup filled up my rearview, I wasn't going fast enough.
My wife is in the car too....so I eased down on the pedal steadily and what do you know ... the Big ol' truck disappeared, the Z seemd to hunker down and as I glanced at my wife (no reaction from her!) then at the speedometer I'm hitting 110. It felt so solid I couldn't believe it ( I once drove my 1969 Camaro as fast as it would go, only about 120 and it felt like it was going to come apart).

The faster the better for the Z!
