350z Stock Speaker Location Fitment Guide
We seem to get these questions a lot, so lets get all the information together and get this stickied to help people out.
Please post the speaker, whether you were able to fit it or not, and if so, what you needed to mount it. If you used a different method to install a speaker that is already on the list, please post also so that all options can be included in the list.

hey bud, whcih part did you have the fitment issue with the ms6a just curious i dont doubt that it doesnt fit, but there seems to be members here who have fit bigger midbass drivers than it in their doors, such a infinity kappas, alpine type-Rs and diamond hexes
again, just curious, i personally, obviously hate the stock location hehe, i have done two stock door locations recently, one with UP6 via .5" spacer, one is an iridium 6 with a .5" spacer.
basically all the DLS ultimate spekares, with the hybrid neo motor, will fit with a .5" spacer

I'm using whatever came with the set. I was new to this scene, and I didn't join these forums until AFTER I bought the speakers. Also, I didn't install the speakers. I'll post pictures. I completely f*cked up everything I did. I'm really irritated at myself. I don't even think a spacer was used.

Spacer in place:
With speaker mounted:
So you can see, the purpose is to space the speaker out of the hole so that the magnet doesn't hit the window glass when the window is down.
These were 1/2" spacers, you may need more - I would go with 1" because you can buy them easily and someone else(teh215) has already used them with the same speakers you are using.
Does that help?

Are you recommending spacers for the front speakers or rear speakers? Because I'm having trouble with the rear speakers; they are rubbing against the plastic and look really off. I will get you pictures. It may be depressing.

Basically, the part where the arrow is, that's where it is rubbing against the plastic and creating nasty noises.
Also, is it recommended to get rid of the rear tweeters, and if I do, is it possible to patch it up?
